ameleu, my doctor today was very reassuring about the kidney stuff. She is giving me a med that targets both kidney function and blood pressure. Keep drinking a boatload of water and meet with a nephrologist and dietician. She said the dx does not mean my overall health is bad, and not to be so distraught over it. Plases 1 &2 are still eluding early detection, but there will be a lot more screenings so I don't progress.
Amelu, it was encouraging. I trust my doctor. I've had her over 25 years.

No, that's good. A lot of people have chronic kidney disease and don't know it. Everyone should drink a lot of water.

Oh, I know I don't drink enough water! Only if I keep track of it.
Make yourself do it. It's hard to do things like that unless there's an urgent reason, but water should be essential.
