I always wear a N95 when indoors. If you do this and if you are infected you will protect others. Testing is never a bad decision.

I'm heading in for a strep test at 11 because my daughter has it and my throat is sore too now

People with invasive Strep are critically ill. Globally there has been more invasive Strep due to immunosuppression caused by COVID. It's scary.

nah, my daughter has regular strep. Kids just present with it differently sometimes. She never had a sore throat when she had it as a toddler, just nausea and a rash
