I am going slow, works like a charm
i've managed to have a shower, get dressed, do 2 small loads of washing, hand washed a knitted jumper, folded and sorted the clean laundry... still haven't been on the pedals. i really have to make myself do that.

not really. not with taking the breaks i need. learning to pace myself and still get things done.
yeah that is what I am doing too. I get much more done nowadays, just because I have learned to pace myself, take brakes, go slow
up-side is i am moving so much more freely than before. you wouldn't recognise me with how much walking i can do.
