I did get the large amount of trash and recycling out for pickup today.

Don has just come home from the chemist. apparently my script for frusemide has run out, and neither the gp or i picked it up at my last consult. not seeing her until end of August, and i only have a few days left. * sigh *i'm not panicking really i'm not. i just normlly run around the house screaming with a heart rate over 150bpm.

hey Rose, if you're still here - my GP practice does telephone consults; I have multiple meds and am often caught out by forgetting to renew one or other. It's all in my notes - would be so in any well run clinic - so any Dr can do an escript. Try that with yours.

PT has helped....the knee is almost completely recovered....will play with a knee brace....the soleus has been very slow to improve...
I pulled a calf in my 30s and it took forever to heal. my current problem is lower ab. I read online 2-4 weeks is possible but I'm assuming that's for young people in much better shape. hoping it's just strained and not an actual pulled muscle.
well give yourself more time to heal...i am sure my soleus problem is worse because of my age...still don't feel stable enough to go down stairs with alternating feet...

I'm going to use the one they took today to start the convo with eye dr about a lid lift on my left eye.
historically, I am very unphotogenic, but I got the best DL pic ever and looked amazing, and then I got home and noticed they had put a glasses restriction on there, and I didn't even have glasses, so then I had to go back and wait again and I had assumed they would just use that pic since if you renew online they just use the last one taken.so, I had my hair thrown up in a ponytail, no makeup. but no, those pics hadn't made it onto the database in raleigh yet, so they took a new one.

It's been droopy all my life. But age has made it worse.
I think it's a fact that everyone has one droopier eye than the other, but they def. get worse. my mom had a dr tell her years ago they could fix hers since they were like drooping down blocking her sight.
Mine does. A lot of times, I find I'm only lokking out of my right eye because my left is closed.
