pure guess on my part and a very small familiarity with other dutch words
mi8 is real dutch spelling. The mi9 is english plural to a dutch word. Dutch plural would end in -en

Well, Ru isn't here anymore but mi8 is the Dutch equivalent of Mister, and alternate spelling and one of the nastiest words I have seen in a grid.

well, different computers, phones, etc might require different ways, but I typed "how to clear browser cache" in Chrome browser window and this prompt came up "clear browser cache"; you just click on it and it goes to a menu
yes -- if you are using windows you just type clear browser cache in the task bar search window and follow the instructions
