hi, sprite
hiya seain!
anyone else having trouble with red boxes and having to refresh?
I had one weird one, but has been fine since.
yep
bed time. Happy Babbling, yall!
sleep well and dr5 even better, seain
* hugs * sprite.
*hugs rose* Hello darling. We managed to move the bookshelves downstairs. Today we will do the desks and the lightbox. After that, not so much need to walk stairs anymore!
well done honey. hope you didn't do too much. and pay for it tomorrow.
yeah, I did. And Rob too. Plus it is crazy hot atm. But it is worth it. I will gladly pay those pain days just to be able to stay downstairs. Especially for Rob's heart and knees.
i finally caught up with most of what i hadn't felt like doing for the last few days. just the bed to make, and i am done. waiting for Don to help.
proud of you, sweetie. I know how hard it is for you to pace yourself.
we had a warm day too. reached 23C. most comfortable.
going in to hospital for usual Rx on the 26th. don't want to come home to mountains of cleaning and washing.
that sounds pleasant. We reached 40C yesterday. But there was a bit of thunderstorm tonight so the worst is over
ah, that is drawing near now, good
hmmm, maybe Rob would benefit from those new magnesium tablets.
i bet the air pressure got to you though.
yeah I was pretty miserable. But, as they say, this too shall pass ;)
oh I will send you a pic of the new bookshelves downstairs! Got all my zentangle stuff organised now.
nextn door neighbour says the run off from Don's new shed roof is flooding her back garden. poor don is putting up new downpipes, digging trenchers, putting in a pit, then connecting it all to our storm water drains. she is in for a nasty surprise as when any water which does run off stops her ground is going to dry up and crack very badly.
yeah she will be a prime example of be careful what you wish for
plus the new neighbours on the ot5 side ( uphill from us ) know their drains are blocked and are going to put all new drainage system in. so we won't be getting any drainage from their property, and neither will she,
Don will be glad when it is done
anyway, Don is doing as she requested. hopefully it will stop her complaining.
Is that a case of be careful what you with for?!!
i'm glad we have the warm water pool tomorrow. he is going to need it.
yes deeha. and hello dear.
hiya Deeha, sure is!
good morning ladies nice to see you
nice to see you too!
* looks over shoulder for ladies * only one i can see is you deeha...lol
hey!
dont you call me a lady!!
yes dearest?
*giggles* God I love you guys
ohfor pete's sake. th4s no pleasing some people.
but you gotta keep trying, hun
:)
Morning ladies, gentlemen and folk ;) Would someone please give me stats for the middle(ish) E in the second row, third column, below the M?
hiya matty!
Greetings one and all!
as Don is fond of saying : that's no lady. that's my wife " that went over like a lead balloon at a country border i can tell you.

ed5/18 comes from th5, I think
no, it doesn't. What rose says
G'day! sounds like spring is slowly making its way to you! It was hot here two days ago (I imagine sprite got that heat yesterday) but today is wet and a bit cooler (high of 23 or 24 I think)
FWs
WTG DIZGRANNIE !!!

Hi all!
hiya Kam!
oh rose, Caya and Juno say thank you for the FM info, they are looking into it and are going to talk things over with their doctor
Weve got the man who cr7 Tintin in he4 today. Goodness you have to be careful what you write!!
true, it is a real PB grid ;)
May I please have a clue for the first ca5/14? I just cannot see it.
I haven't listed, but my first is what you would play poker with.
yeah that is the second one.
ca 5/ 14 scottish word for travelling tinker. looks like the pile of stones, but change the last consonant
a gypsy
ahhhhh of course. Thanks, both of you. I was totally blind to that combo.
sprite, just read your message he4 from Caya and Juno. i do so hope it helps Juno.
ty I didnt know that word but then I am only 1/2 scottish!!
yw deeha
we all do. I must say, it will be such a blessing for them if this helps. They are very much into healthy living, veganist, etc, so taking medication is hard for them. They will love the idea this is a natural compound.
lol Deeha! Babble is amazing in how it teaches us words we never ever have to use.
kam, how much boswellia do you take? also, i can get boswellia with 5-LOX which i think you said you couldn't at the moment.
what do you use the boswellia for? If I may ask?
fireflies. That was one helluva fun grid.
That's what I do take - I just ran out for a couple of days. I was taking 75mg, but tonight I upped it to the recommended 150mg. I had a very high pain day.
Congrats, Sprite!
sprite, Kam uses it for her FM. so that is another natural remedy available. and have you told Juno about the form of magnesium we take?
WTG SPRITE!!
Which mag is that, Rose? I use several different kinds.
no. Will tell Juno about the Boswellia and the magnesium, worth a try.
okay, off to walk the doggies. Have a blessed day and a peaceful night, all. *hugs*
well done sprite. think ill go back to my book for a while. Have a good day everyone
Kam i can get boswellia 100mg with 5-LOX. and there is a slow-release magnesium malate available. it's the only one i take as the bonding agent is made from apples which makes it very easy to absorb.
have a lovely day sprite and deeha * hugs sprite * and * hugs deeha *
I use malate, glycinate, chloride, and l-threonate. That covers the pain and sleep issues.
with the slow release mag malate i take one tab three times per day which ensures i have a steady flow of mag happening. it is known that mag is excreted very quickly from our bodies, which is why i think the slow release is so good.
and because you have a steady flow happening it means you don't have to take such high doses.
I'll have to look for the slow release. I haven't seen it. I've only seen the slo-mag and the others work better for me. I know I burn it at a high rate! At least leg cramps are a thing of the past.
and that is such a blessing too. my hand cramp, leg and foot cramps have pretty much gone. i still get the occasional scalp cramp but a fast release helps that withing a few minutes.
oh and Kam? you can take PEA with boswellia. they enhance each other.
Turmeric too.
yes i read about that too.
I'm still researching the PEA. I got hit with the info that my solar company went bankrupt. I have a rather large lack of service claim against them, so I have a lot to do to get the claim in. That totally threw me off of my researching!
sedate
oops
Kam, honey. time for me to go. still have the bed to make. Don is inside, had his sh6 after grubbing around in the dirt. hope your day doesn't get too hot for you. xox
It's nice and cool out right now. Hopefullym tomorrow stays under 100F. Have a great day!
feels like fall here! 70F out
here in mid michigan it is 59F, which is 4 degrees warmer than when I got up.
wow
almost mermaid today
It is SO nice to have cooler weather.
amen
oh, I forgot the real word maxed is not allowed
so ai7 is a word but not airshot or airshow
more like a place to store garden equipment
I know, like that makes sense
gotta get ready for tennis. first pass was kinda easy but 32 left and that's too many 6s and 7s for me. but I have 3 or fewer on each tile. 5-8-10-7-2
also, no go on carshow

but still need one more A from there
i'
i'm coming back to the a's.. too frustrating
i guess the ai7 must be to do with how far pollution can spread in the ai*
analogous to water****
I think the ai8 is a lot weirder than the 7
well that would be why i haven't found it then lol
aha, thanks, got it!
The Brits have some seriously weird terminology
well at least the Gs were easy
that's my last word ai8 haven't found it yet
can clue if you wish
whoa
what is that the mile high club?
finally got word that my migraine preventative prescription has been sent to the pharmacy. they apologized for the "incontinences"
maybe?
That is a great typo!
@aslindy that is good news
honestly, I'm glad we are moving and I never have to deal with that office again.
you know your doctor is really bad when...
That is like the guy who wrote to my son's restaurant saying he had traveled "expensively" in the Mid-East
well that could be true
you know, I'd probably rather have incontinences than migraines, honestly
You would have had to read it in the context of the letter. He meant extensively.
One of my favorite typos is "costumer service".
And the sign SHOPLIFTERS WILL BE PROSTITUTED
colon and cologne are two very different things
or the people who don't know the use of punctuation so they put "FRESH" instead of *FRESH* on the sign
you keep using that "". I do not think it means what you think it means
Inconceivable
your lost dog is skittish, not skiddish
principles are tenets, not tenants
Wallace Shawn plays a priest on the show Evil and everyone refers to him as Father Inconceivable
principals? :)
a part of is the opposite of apart of
Here is the DC area we often have the capital/capitol confusion

can't believe "maxed" is not a word in Enable
i think it's maxxed not maxed
i can see that
No, it's maxed, if you mean like "my credit card is maxed out". But it is not a word Enable recognizes.
There are a lot of words like that since Enable has not been updated in 24 years.

the one day I remember to try compounds and they don't work
ai7 and ai8 are compounds

bruise
I will guess the beginning of snails
I always miss that!
good guesses, both. thanks
What the snails or the swelling? Don't know about bruise
the swelling is what I always miss, but I knew what moo meant
don't want to make it too obvious
That ed word can cause bruising but it is primarily swelling. At least that is what a doctor told me.
cheddate - going out with someone for cheese
that sounds fun!
if not a little cheesy
you could say it's a fun do ;)

Hi Jes, chat is so dead
botanists have voted to remove a racial slur from hundreds of plant names
since we talk about slurs here whenever they come up i figured that was worth a mention *grin*
