Yes. Info in my profile. Reviews have been really good, and I'm starting to hear from readers (the book was released in August.) It's both memoir and exploration of trauma treatments, the history of child abuse, depression, etc.
I've decided to get as far as I can before I tackle the Cs.
I went to the website to look at it. The reviews look great.
I am humbled by them, particularly the ones from professionals and doctors in the field. I had a mental health pro review the book for clinical content accuracy before it was published, but of course I worry about misinformation.
If anyone has the ac5, could you tell me if it starts from the top A or the one in the third row please?

well, I didn't get to make it up there due to being cut off, but my brother and niece visited her and I got to talk to her on the phone, but my niece said the shingles looked pretty bad.

My body doesn't know it's a holiday and I'm supposed to eat bad food. There was good food for Rosh Hashanah but I don't enjoy eating large meals in the daytime so me and one goes ate cheerios.

Fibers and foods that I always thought were good for me are actually harder to digest now that I have all these GI issues that you don't need details about. No salad. I'm a vegetarian and I can't eat salad. It is ridiculous. But I actually think nutritionists and dietitians are all promoting major conspiracies and make up impossible diets that no one can follow. Did you ever hear of FODMAP?
