hi darling *hug* We had our annual zentangle teacher's day yesterday. It was wonderful. And now I pay the price so I am physically miserable. Morale high though.

each day getting harder to deal with unfortunately. but admission is now only 8 days away. * sigh * the pain at night is terrible. so i don't sleep, and you know what that does to my mental state.
that is a downward spiral on steroids, yeah. You need to tell them your period between treatments has to be shorter
i think this time is more to do with having been through covid.
not so. You were in a bad way before last treatment also and we had the same convo. Though I am sure Covid hasn't helped any.
i will discuss with the pain doc. when i go in. i had forgotten that episode. i do remember that the downward trend was later in my cycle though. i lasted about 8 weeks then began going down.
then you should be back in after 8 weeks.

ruru, by the time i thought to test, it was nearly 5 days. so anti-virals were not much use. but with all the vax's, it was probably more like a really bad flu. didn't need hospitalisation. just isolated, and treated myself symptomatically.
treated herself by doing taxing physical cleaning stuff in stead of helping her body recover. Just sayin'.
thank heavens we already had the nebuliser, and nebules of salbutamol on hand.
