i did.. we've been having really nice weather so I've been working outside a lot. lots of fun stuff for the holidays are happening for me

hi Joy! My daughter will turn 50, and she's had grey hair for many years. I, on the other hand, weirdly only have a wisp of grey along my ears. I don't color my hair, I just (apparently) am not going grey. My hairdresser says it's something to do with both genes and reddish hair.

for those w/ grays, i can attest to more growing in, when you start pulling them out . . something to do w/ the melanin cells being stressed and they don't produce the pigments ... leave them alone, or cut the single gray hairs
Grey comes in grey when it's ready to. Cut it, pull it, it will still grow back grey. Set to dying it or get used to the grey.
i dyed for many years, once i got into my mid 60s i stopped ... i'm fortunate to have a full head of thick hair

Hi Mubner. Our dear friend RubyFoo lived in a town called Verrier du Lac, quite close to the Swiss border. (Geneva would have been her local airport). Babblers Sprite and Granny Rose visited her there in person, so they might have further info. For the record, I still miss Ruby. 😓

just when i was relieved that i finished something and the light at the end of the tunnel is so so close... my cat bit me and it's swelling and idk if i need to go to urgent care or if it can wait until tomorrow or what
do some hot compresses and take a mild antibiotic ... golden leaf or echinaca(?) for a couple of days, clean the wound well, peroxide .. did you get it to bleed ? that cleans it also
well i was giving a presentation on zoom when it happened so i didn't get to wash it out for like half an hour
i don't have golden leaf or echinacea. i did put topical antibiots on it after i was finally able to wash it out
i'm just afraid the topical was too late, already got into the bloodstream
i probably should've excused myself to clean it right away but ...
i guess i can try i hot thing tho
hurshy, I suggest you go to clinic straight away. A cat's claws and bite are always septic and you can have a potentially worrisome infection inside you by this time...
