exactly. That is more or less how I do it too. If I can manage the pain without it reducing me into inactivity, I will manage it. Anything worse, I will try to negotiate with the lowest possible painkiller and slowly work up from there if needed.
lol...she asked what number my pain was when it occurs. i said my brain starts screaming, and feels like it's about to explode. i would say a little over the 10/10.
