I agree. It is one thing after another. Horrid for him. And for me it is becoming a bit much, I can do an emergency and then recover my own energy and health, but not one after another after another etc. I feel like very old elastic, lol.

I had the groceries delivered, am doing easy meals, I take short walks with Nero except one longer one a day, and I rest as much I can in between. Will survive.
good girl. i know you will survive. it's the getting there i am most concerned about. please be kind to yourself. take the meds for pain. no if's, ands, or buts. if you are to help Rob, and keep yourself going then lean on the meds. just for a few days. you are strong . i know that. but your body needs all the support you can give it.

oh, and i had my second appt. with the dietician. he is very pleased with the weight loss. no new changes. he says as long as i am still losing there is no need to change. his words..if it ain't broken, no need to fix it.

Another glitch since the server move. And you can't email Dr. God because his email doesn't work either.
