Wow Sprite - I rarely play but it's lovely to dive back in occasionally and catch up with people's lives!
oh, and the injection appears to have worked. i walked all the way from the car to poolside without stopping. and back again after 2 hours of exercising. no limp, no waddle. just one foot in front of the other.
I play most days, have done through the years though I took a break at some point. And still, Babble can surprise me with new words!

looking forward to the next one now. this doc at the x-ray place is amazing. i might even take him a long stemmed rose in thanks.

i so wish you could have the same treatment honey. up until now i have had x-rays and MRI's. but they don't show soft tissue injury. and it would appear it has been the problem all this time.
chessy, are you going to be here at this time from now on? it would be lovely to learn more about you.
right now I am glad if I can hold on, tbh. Rob is needing so much care and treatment, it is taking all I have. Mind you, it is not a picnic for him either! Poor man, so much pain and he is not used to that.
it breaks my heart to hear how much he is going through.
I try and focus on the stuff I can be grateful for. Which is a LOT. Among them, my friends :)
