its interesting how different folks handle food. i learn new things
like i know someone who biys ground beef cooks i then freezes it. i never considered doing that, i just rewrap and then thaw and cook.
I would rather brown ground beef first and then freeze if I'm using it as crumbles later. thawing a lb of ground beef is a pain.
and i even marinate chicken and freeze it in the marinade.
my problem with thawing things is I never remember to thaw it ahead of time.
i make mine into thin patties so i have a choice, thaws quickly
well, there is that....sometimes use mircrowave to thaw but it's tricky.
