P7/36 x 2

1:32 am

Make that P7/36 x 3

1:33 am

from the rules: "* The "Qu" cube counts as two letters." What does that mean?

1:35 am

It means that if there is a Q in the grid, it is Qu on one square and it counts as two letters. So 'quasi' takes up 4 squares in the grid, but is a 5-letter word.

1:37 am

what's p8/50, c7/48 etc?

1:38 am

P8/50 means there is a word in the grid, beginning with P, 8 letters long and worth 50 points.

1:39 am

calvin: those are clues, p8/50 means there is a 8 letter word starting with p worth 50 points somewhere.

1:46 am

oh my! gosh i suck...

1:50 am

First time around, Calvin? ;)

1:54 am

P8/50 x 3

2:01 am

yeah :) what does the "x 3" in P8/50 x 3 mean?

2:02 am

Enjoy yourself! The 'x3' means there are 3 words, starting P etc.

2:02 am

the 'x3' means there are three distinct words that are 'p8/50'

Hi, this is my first time as well. Not easy to find these long words, especially since English is not my mother tongue... Greetings from Jerusalem, Israel.

2:11 am

Welcome, Pessach and Calvin. Be warned, this can be a very addictive game ;) English isn't my native tongue either, I am from Holland. Good luck babbling!

2:15 am

Thanks Sprite. The highest score I have untill now: h6/27

2:16 am

best to keep in mind that english borrows heavily from other languages, such as 2 x c5/14's. ladies belt (greek), and wicker glove (spanish). And then htere are the ones we cannot even find a definition of. Oh, and the Acronyms........

2:17 am

Guess stats won't hurt for this one. 9 x 1 8 x 7 7 x 24 6 x 35 5 x 61 4 x 72 --- 200 words --- A -- 14 C -- 30 E -- 13 H -- 16 i -- 4 N -- 20 O -- 4 P -- 15 S -- 36 T -- 41 Y -- 7

Hey, the R is used!

3:05 am

gooienavond, sprite! I lived in the Hague when I was a teenager. Loved it! Tot ziens, Neil

3:21 am

I don't see any R's Sprite :-( Any clues?

3:40 am

Got the H9 / 84 - woot!

3:48 am

I'm not convinced that P8/50 should be in there - its a proper noun for sure... Its 'singular' P7/36 isn't even a word!

4:34 am

beepbeep - any chance of a clue for the H9 / 84?

4:45 am

technium: the R is used in a T4/7

5:16 am

H/9 84, holding back, not quite sure about something.

5:18 am

R is also used in T5/16

5:18 am

Wow, okay - that's obscure, but I got it. H9/84 is the noun of something most people do before jumping out of a plane for the first time...

5:52 am

Untill now, I have 37 words and 548 points. Well, it's my first time...

5:55 am

Sorry nicole, I had to go and do some work! Did you get the H9 / 84 from the others' clues?

6:09 am

beepbeep - yes i did thanks

6:21 am

anyone know all 7 y words? so far I have y4/7, y5/16 x2, and y6/27 What am I missing?

6:29 am

I have two Y4 / 7

6:37 am

Shalom, Pessach, and welcome :)

6:41 am

Morning everyone! I see I am quite behind already! :)

6:44 am

Jen - you're only behind because for some of us it's the afternoon already :-)

7:07 am

What's wrong with those who receive oil on the forehead and the plural which would be a9/60??

7:08 am

Stupid puzzle. Stopping me working AND refusing my best shots!

7:38 am

Hi fit1! Where are you babbling from?

7:46 am

Hmph, now it won't let me have annisette. Grrr....

7:49 am

simey - i definitely agree with you about the oil on the forehead, but I think that Anisette is only a name - is it a word too?

7:54 am

Hi Nicole, I think it is a french drink, possibly a brand name I suppose.

7:55 am

Simey - you spelled it wrong - fix the spelling and it will be accepted :-)

7:55 am

anisette with one "N" is a drink

7:56 am

there are 2 y4/7, 3 y5/16 and 2 y6/27

7:58 am

sorry all, me and my big mouth.

8:02 am

i just got to work and everyone is already deep into the game! ;)

8:04 am

missing one P, i have: P4x1 P5x5 P6x2 P7x3 P8x3

8:38 am

Speaking of things to drink, it won't accept "chai".

8:39 am

evanadine, i've got the same "p"s as you--figured out the last one yet?

8:40 am

and i still think it's ridiculous that it'll accept "techie" but not "tech"!

8:43 am

it won't accept "teste" either (singular of testes)

8:47 am

probably because they're meant to be a pair!! ;-)

8:48 am

hi..am going nuts with this game!! Are you supposed to use a dictionary?..I spend an hour and then quit! Its not easy being blonde, AND Polish!!~!!!

8:50 am

yes, for example dictionary.com, a2zwordfinder.com, morewords.com, onelook.com, etc.

8:55 am

arghhhhh! (anguished cry)..my hour is up and I only found 74 words...

8:55 am

I thought you all were just mensas with those perfect scores!

8:56 am

and ty, UN..somehow a dictionary seems like cheating..ACK!

8:57 am

Craig..i am anything BUT a Mensa..and, dont want to be one!! Somehow, personalities are affected..bwaaaaahahahahah

9:01 am

yeah this game is significantly easier with oneword.com and the stats list... it's almost not worth playing...

9:03 am

Using word finds or dictionaries isn't cheating, any more than using a crossword dictionary when working the New York Times crossward is. It's not like we're playing for prizes or anything. And the ranking system on the game is totally inaccurate if you are playing for rank. It's just fun to do and always good to improve your vcabulary and wast a bit of time at work. Just have some fun and meet some nice people here.

9:05 am

That should have been "waste a bit of time at work" That's how you find more words in this game - by misspelling them!

9:05 am

WOW! morewords.com is my new best friend...

9:07 am

thanks, Gail--i agree--and i think most of us get a significant portion of the puzzle on our own and use the helps after that . . .

9:07 am

hey ya'll, just got on. z's..what r ya gonna do with them? :)

9:07 am

Using a crossword dictionary for the NY Times puzzle is cheating also, maybe you should try the local metro puzzle instead.

9:08 am

Did someone say there was an A9 that was a plural of A7-28? That does not compute, Dr. Smith.

9:10 am

There is only one 9 letter word and it starts with H, from what I have seen.

9:11 am

according the posted stats, the only 9 would have to be the "H"

9:11 am

That's what I thought, as long as the stats posted are reliable.

9:26 am

Who post the stats? I see Sprite did earlier. Can we get a re-post so we don't have to scroll down so far?

9:28 am

Allows acronyms, but not SETI :P

9:31 am

report: 9 x 1 8 x 7 7 x 24 6 x 35 5 x 61 4 x 72 --- 200 words --- A -- 14 C -- 30 E -- 13 H -- 16 i -- 4 N -- 20 O -- 4 P -- 15 S -- 36 T -- 41 Y -- 7

9:32 am

i never did find that last P, by the way. did anyone else have better luck? i have: P4x1 P5x5 P6x2 P7x3 P8x3

9:35 am

I'm just letting you guys know that I'm putting on my construction hat today and doing work on how the High Scores list is displayed. Before the influx of new Babblers this week, the High Score list used to take a long time to display, but now it takes a loooooooong time. I'm actually starting to hear soft whimpers and moaning coming from the Babble server every time someone views a previous day's puzzle. So to alleviate things a little, I'm working on a fix that should fix the High Scores list so it displays instantly from now on. So if there is some minor goofiness with the site in a little while, bear with me, I'll have it ironed out soon enough.

9:36 am

thanks for the heads-up dr_god :)

9:37 am

Can I ask a stupid question? How do I interpret the alpha/numerical clues?

9:41 am

evanadine: It's a P5 that you're missing. They're all pretty similar though.

9:42 am

Patty: ex: P8/50 P-word, 8 letters, worth 50 points. ex: P4x3 3 P-wrds that are 4 letters long

9:42 am

thanks Technium, ill get crackin!

9:47 am

ok, i feel like im looking for the wrong thing... i have Pen 5/14 x4 and Pen 5/20 x1 whats the last one?

9:50 am

Done for the night. 11 pm in Asia. Check back with you in the morning

9:52 am

It might be a guy thing Evanadine

9:55 am

heh, ive definitely got the guy thing, gobraves... is it another P-e-n word?

9:56 am

don't know I am missing one too...sorry

9:57 am

All 6 of them are Pen words. It's another Pen5/14 by the looks of it.

9:58 am

evanadine-- you get an italian food item and a foreign currency?

10:02 am

ive got 2 male words, the bird/feather word, and 2 currency words... gotta get that italian food word, i suppose!

10:03 am

evandine, I have Pen5/14x5

10:03 am

I've got 4 Pen5/14s: guy thing, italian food, and two kinds of currency. Anyone have a fifth?

10:04 am

You might be missing the manly plural...

10:04 am

finally got the last one! obvious italian food, but its not in the a2z, in case anyone is looking there. *smacks forehead*

10:11 am

GoBraves - what's your musical choice today? :)

10:12 am

Hows everyone doing? I'm 148 / 5.34 / 2933 and it's nearly home time.

10:14 am

anyone got a clue for the other p5 currency? not the one for your thoughts

10:14 am

goose, just change the last letter

10:15 am

got it--thanks, Evanadine!

10:16 am

10:17 am

why wont it take csiny; ya know CSI:NY (one of my fav tv shows) ;)

10:21 am

wow - i found the (a) p8/50 happy

10:21 am

anyone care to share a breakdown for the o's and i's ? Thanks.

10:21 am

n8/40

10:22 am

o4 / 3 o5 x 1

10:24 am

I have o4/4 and o4/6; what am i missing

10:24 am

didn't see that mess..sorry:)

10:25 am

i have o4/4x2 and o4/6. missing the o5, myself

10:26 am

so the count must be off on the "o"s

10:28 am

oh, sorry! LOL! I misread that--thought you were saying there was an o6!

10:29 am

o5 is a cousin to the Uncle Ben o4

10:30 am

there is a 2nd C7/48 (not sure if its been noted before)

10:30 am

heh, thanks Uneaixoise!

10:31 am

I have O4/4*2, O4/6 and O5/10.

10:33 am

the "tion" keeps staring at me, taunting me, but I'm not seein' any way to use it. Is it used?

10:34 am

got the o's thank you!

10:35 am

am i the only idiot not getting the cousin to the Uncle Ben o4?

10:37 am

Goose - think past tense

10:39 am

Jen, the only tion I have starts with s, but I am a long way from having all the words.

10:39 am

Jen: yep it's used ;-)

10:39 am

i think i have that one...first word children hear in storytelling?

10:41 am

No Goose, Uncle Ben's cousin in the past.

10:42 am

Anyone else found the place name P8/50? Grrr.

10:43 am

the -tion i have is an S7/36 (dont think its been listed yet)

10:45 am

The chat log is now way too long to follow. d on't know if anyone mentioned the n736 or the s736 which has to do with area. If so, I apologize.

10:46 am

well, i guess im an idiot..nothing is happening with me and this o - cousin from the past is soaring over my highlighted hair :)

10:47 am

I get a tetch ornery when Babble won't take certain words...

10:47 am

got it - on chance ;) thanks for the help

10:49 am

"Anyone else found the place name P8/50? Grrr." It's not a range of islands made of small coins, but you might think so from the name.

10:50 am

Goose, It's actually an adjectival form. THink Scottish cuisine...

10:59 am

I am totally lost with the i's. I can't find ANY. a2zwordfinder isn't helping either, and I've tried ia- io- it- is- in- ic-... help?

11:02 am

I've got P8/50 but it's not a place name. it's what you would be if you were atoning for a sin.

11:02 am

goose, this is the dictionary definition of O5: Of, made of, or containing (O4)

11:02 am

i6/18 - another word for when you are determined to complete a task

11:03 am

you know there are 3 P8/50's, right?

11:03 am

i have those two and the "former" o, still needing an 14/4

11:03 am

for the i4/9 think that simpson's cartoon with scratchy.

11:04 am

2 of the i's relate to how your skin feels when you have poison ivy or a mosquito bite

11:06 am

Goose, i4/4 = a kiln for drying hops

11:07 am

sorry, I meant to type o 4/4

11:09 am

thanks for the i's, not surprisingly i had thought of that word earlier but was mispelling it....yikes

11:10 am

thanks cagey - got it? you'd think i'd know that being a fan of hops ;)

11:10 am

ive got i4/9, i6/18, i6/33 any clues on the 4th?

11:11 am

same ones i have

11:16 am

Can I have a clue for the h-9? The "what you do before jumping out of a plane" clue isn't doing it for me--I've tried every version of "praying" and "hail mary" etc. that I can think of!

11:17 am

i'm having a lot of trouble with the A's. I've got these: a/5 10 a/8 40 a/6 18 a/7 28 but... any help on the others?

11:17 am

ooh, and a/6 24

11:18 am

reluctance, involuntary unwillingness, pausing...

11:18 am

a feeling of nervousness or apprehension about something - it took me awhile to get the tense right on that one some might have a feeling of ________ before walking down the aisle, jumping out of a plane, etc.

11:19 am

sera, it's actually the state you are in if you're not eager to jump.

11:21 am

Thanks--I think what was fooling me was that me own reaction to jumping out of a plane would be so much more intense than that h-9!!!

11:22 am

haha

11:23 am

took me forever to get that correct tense and spelling on h/9!

11:23 am

evandine, there's another i6/18

11:26 am

a4/7

11:27 am

a8/40

11:28 am

a7/44 and a7/48

11:30 am

Hints for the "a" words just listed?

11:33 am

a8 was described pretty fully earlier--a french liqueur tasting like licorice

11:34 am

a7/44: A person who renounces material comforts and leads a life of austere self-discipline, especially as an act of religious devotion

11:34 am

i got the french liquor one, but it took me forever to spell it right!

11:34 am

thanks torgone -- the vowels always get me!

11:34 am

a6/24 : rising, moving upward

11:37 am

any hint for a7/48???

11:38 am

finally got that pesky h9. now i can go to lunch.

11:38 am

the phonetic spelling of the 8th letter of the alphabet :-)

11:38 am

plural of an A5/20 try spelling phonetically a letter of the alphabet...

11:43 am

cool! thanks evanadine and Uneaixoise

11:45 am

for Pete's sake!!! (phoenetic spelling of 8th alphabet letter).

11:46 am

I need help with the second i6/18 - I have the "born with" one, but am coming up empty for the other.

11:47 am

Wow those ones about phoenetic spelling would have had me going all day! Thanks for the head's up.

11:51 am

i6; when you are determined to do something

11:53 am

i think i have the "determined" one--what's the other?

11:54 am

plural of an i4

11:54 am

Got it, Goose. I was dancing all around it.

11:56 am

the i6 plural i have is related to a skin rash reaction . . .

11:56 am

Une: i6/18 born with a certain ability or talent

11:57 am

12:14 pm

12:15 pm

12:27 pm

i hate to be so needy but im still stuck on the y's - missing 4i have y5x2 and a y4. any kind soul want to help:)

12:28 pm

both Y6-es are plurals of Y5-s

12:29 pm

the other Y5 is a plural of a Y4 and the other Y4 is exactly the same except the last letter

12:29 pm

a y6 is the plural of one of your y5's

12:32 pm

This is my second time playing...just exactly how many words are in each puzzle or does it differ daily??? Thanks! (From MS Gulf Coast)

12:33 pm

abby -- it differs daily. i have seen puzzles as short as 30 and as long as over 400 words. usually someone will run the puzzle through a "solver" to get the stats for each day and post them for everyone to see. then players will post clues to the longer words as they find them.

12:34 pm

repost: 9 x 1 8 x 7 7 x 24 6 x 35 5 x 61 4 x 72 --- 200 words --- A -- 14 C -- 30 E -- 13 H -- 16 i -- 4 N -- 20 O -- 4 P -- 15 S -- 36 T -- 41 Y -- 7

12:35 pm

Hey Goose, Memphis here

12:36 pm

if you scroll down (possibly way down) you will find the stats posted. they are dif everyday. this is my first week and im addicted. have fun and in case you are wondering, a clue like y4/7, means a word that starts with y and has 4 letters and is worth 7 points

12:37 pm

lots of tn!!! my bad score is gonna make us look bad. thank god for une and you! ;)

12:43 pm

I'm so lost on the y4's. I am so sure that they are looking right at me! I've tried so many 'ye' combos

12:46 pm

Think Yiddish... for the Y's

12:47 pm

the y's made me want to fall on a sharp sword...don't feel bad

12:49 pm

The H9 wouldn't be a variation on the h6/27 would it?

12:49 pm

y: 4 have the same first 4 letters with various endings 3 have the same first 3 letters and various endings. ask again if you need too. it took me many, many hints :)

12:50 pm

Y4 is the Hindu name of 'Sasquach' in their legends.

12:50 pm

Another Memphis here. . .

12:51 pm

no, think of a state of being, the tense is weird on that one. nervous people always have a feeling of ______ about new situations. ? :)

12:51 pm

One Y5 is the Jewish word for meddlesome woman / gossip. one Y6 is the plural

12:56 pm

Yenite - Valid word that means a silicate of iron and lime occuring in black prismatic crystals. I hate it when I find a good word and it won't take it.

12:58 pm

good word mtnjock and thanks for the help goose!

1:00 pm

I once wanted to be a chemical engineer, but then, I wised up. LOL

1:00 pm

no prob, i'm going to lunch people, my brain hurts :0

1:02 pm

there is an E7

1:03 pm

That's E736

1:04 pm

So far I've got 75 words, score 1112. Is that good for my second go around? I'm getting a headache. : / Thanks for the help guys and dolls! I've got y5/16, y6/27, y4/7, y5/16.

1:05 pm

there's also an e7/28

1:05 pm

we can not be friends..your score is better than mine! :) im seriously getting up now....

1:06 pm

pluralize both your other y5, thats the male derivitive.

1:14 pm

I think I am trying to knock out the hardest letters first! I was on a roll with the o's and got stuck on o5

1:19 pm

there are two E7/28s

1:26 pm

I'll take that as an okay goose, ; ). I've only gotten two o's a 4 and a 5. Phooey...

1:31 pm

ok, I don't feel so bad about the H9 now. I assume there was only 1 usable H.

1:32 pm

Abby1 - pluralize your y5's to get your y6's.

Does anyone have hints for the E7s?

1:39 pm

e7/28 is a french word, I think.

1:40 pm

I've found h4/7, h5/16, h6/27, h5/16, h4/7...no h9 though.

1:42 pm

I've got one y6 now, just got to figure out the other. I pluralized both so I'm missing something. Thank goodness they don't take points away for spelling like a 1st grader. : )

1:43 pm

Abby- Look at the clues from Goose and read my last post on the H9 thing. They are all good clues if you don't assume which H to start with.

1:43 pm

Abby do you have a hint for the o5?

1:45 pm

E7 words, one is a french based word meaning an agreement between 2 or more governments, and the other is spanish based one for live oak.

1:46 pm

sj - think o4/4 just with a different ending.

1:47 pm

I have i4/9 and i6/18, any help with the other 2?

1:47 pm

woo hoo! got all the Y's. thanks folks!

1:49 pm

ther's another i6/18 and the plural of i4/9

1:50 pm

i6/33 is the plural of i4/9, how your skin feels after an ant bite or poison oak contact

1:54 pm

got the french E7, but not getting the spanish one...any other clues on that one?

2:01 pm

spanish live oak spelled almost exactly like town near Los Angeles

2:04 pm

E6/24 singular E7/36 plural

2:05 pm

does anyone have a clue for the T4/7 that uses the R

2:06 pm

Never mind... More than 1 H on the board...

2:06 pm

Any of several goatlike mammals of the genus Hemitragus of mountainous regions of Asia, having curved horns and a shaggy coat

2:07 pm

ok, got the E7/36 but isnt there supposed to be a 2nd E7/28?

2:09 pm

yes that's the agreement between two countries

2:10 pm

oh sorry did you mean a second e7/28?

2:10 pm

Question, how is it that everyone knows the lengths and values of the words, without knowing the words? Is there a matrix somewhere?

2:13 pm

yes, Uneaixoise, i thought someone listed a 2nd one. maybe im mistaken? mtnjock -- some people have "solvers" that they can plug the puzzle into and get stats without having to see the words. i know how to get stats, but i can only do it seeing the answers, so i dont get stats myself unless i know i cant play that day.

2:13 pm

usually it's because someone has found a word and has posted the initial letter and length within this chat area

2:13 pm

spanish live oak is stumping me. any more clues on that one?

2:14 pm

At 01:19 pm Aypri11e said... there are two E7/28s

2:15 pm

T4/7 using R.. Any of several goatlike mammals of mountainous regions of Asia

2:15 pm

if you change the last letter of the word, there was a movie in the 80s (or early 90s?) called "E_ _ _ _ _ Man" about a caveman starring brendan frasier. :)

2:16 pm

Any of several American evergreen oaks, such as Quercus virginiana of Mexico and the southeast United States or Q. agrifolia of California

2:16 pm

the other E7/28 means Occurring annually. Used of the prevailing northerly summer winds of the Mediterranean.

2:17 pm

thanks, evanadine--i'd forgotten about that movie!

2:17 pm

movie, late 80's Branden Frasure starred as a caveman found in CA. The movie was called ______0 Man.

2:17 pm

heh, i dont think i ever actually SAW it...

2:18 pm

i did!

2:19 pm

got em...thanks for the help

2:19 pm

just found e6/27--everyone already got that one?

2:23 pm

clues welcome on the e6/27

2:23 pm

the second e7/28 begins with the french word for summer (guess that's where 'Mediterranean summer winds' came from)

2:25 pm

it's a colorless flammable gas--the e7 is a shortened version of the 9-letter word also used for this gas

2:27 pm

I don't

2:27 pm

I'm stuck on the french "e" word. Any more tips?

2:30 pm

comes from the french word meaning to hear or understand

2:35 pm

I hope everyone knows that the e7/36 is the plural form of the word, and will get you e6/24

2:38 pm

thank you mayor

2:39 pm

I'm totally confused. Are there 2 or 3 E7's??

2:40 pm

cecilia?

2:40 pm

I'm stuck on y6, I've got the two that are plurals of the y5, but can't get the third

2:42 pm

I have e7/28 x 2, e7/30

2:42 pm

oops, e7/36 i meant

2:45 pm

the shorter e words are tough

2:48 pm

ok what is going on, i entered the answer for brandon frazier movie and it is spelled corrrectly but it won't accept it!!

2:50 pm

the word isn't exactly the same as the movie title

2:51 pm

GEEZ!! you leave for an hour and you miss ALOT of clues! funny clue , bad movie ( e clue from earlier) ;)

2:52 pm

change the last vowel

2:52 pm

hannah?

3:00 pm

Any clues on e's? I have: e7/28x2, e7/36, e6/24x2, e6/27, e6/33, e4/4, and e4/9

3:01 pm

have we gone over a's yet? i can only find 9 of em

3:04 pm

Finally getting a chance to play today. Wonder why it won't take a P6 that's the common name of a flower? Says it's not a valid word.

3:07 pm

Are you talkin about "Peony", mama? If so, you're missing the "o".

3:08 pm

I'm still missing one A, but here's 13 of them: Aa4 x1, Ai4 x1, Ai5 x1, Ai7 x1 An4 x2, An5 x1, An6 x1, An7 x1, An8 x1 As6 x1, As7 x1 At4 x1

3:09 pm

No, I'm talking about one that rhymes with the Yiddish Y6. Also known as star flower, and popular here in Florida for attracting hummingbirds.

3:15 pm

Mama, I think I tried the same word and was frustrated, though I was thinking of it as a common Greek prefix.

3:15 pm

heatherann - there's another an5/10

3:16 pm

Well, mama, that's a good question then. I was wondering the same thing about "chai" and an alternate spelling of P5 (type of pasta) -neither of which are accepted.

3:17 pm

need one more word to break 100. (Blood vessels straining....)

3:18 pm

Ahhhhhh. 100.

3:20 pm

You're right, Judi-- chai should totally be accepted as an English word. They serve it at Starbucks, for heaven's sake.

3:21 pm

any idea on the two hs I'm missing? I've got: ha4x3, ha5x4, ha6, ha7, he4x3, he5, he9 thanks!

3:22 pm

Chai is supposed to be acceptable in the new version of the Scrabble dictionary (OSPD4) out now.

4:30 pm

OK, now I got the He6 but only after I got it did I get sfneil's clue and it took me a while :-(

4:32 pm

4:33 pm

sorry nicole, it wasn't the best clue!

4:34 pm

4:34 pm

Goose - forgive me if I say, "Not Helpful" to your clue! :)

4:34 pm

sfneil - i actually thought it was clever

4:35 pm

4:37 pm

In fact, they're all the SAME sort of animal.

4:37 pm

4:51 pm

youch!

4:52 pm

Well Telis, don't read the clues then.

5:10 pm

thanks, Isabell

5:11 pm

is the r used anywhere apart from the t4/7?

5:11 pm

One of those n4s should not be on the list. That's just plain stupid like 'baddest': it makes me cringe, cower, and cry.

5:14 pm

5:19 pm

Any clues to be had for the an7? It's my last "a" word!

9:23 pm

Jfactor - glad to help.

9:33 pm

So, obscure mountain ranges accepted, but not entire continents . . . Ah, these twisted proper noun rules will drive me bonkers!

9:35 pm

you all may have already covered this - but does that Z do anything??? thanks! =)

9:47 pm

the Z does nothing and the R is only used twice.

9:50 pm

Are all p5/14's pen's? I'm stumped on the last P5/14. Thx!
