I have a wonderful husband of 37 years, two sons, ages 35 and 32, 2lovely daughter-in-laws and Ziggy, our cat who is 11.
December, 2008: Our oldest graduated from the University.
June 8, 2010: Our oldest son became engaged.
December 18, 2010: Our youngest graduated from the University.
June 4, 2011: Our oldest son was married to a delightful young lady.
January 13, 2015: our granddaughter was born
May 16, 2015: our youngest son became engaged.
November 5, 2016: our youngest married a lovely young lady.
February 2018: we will welcome a grandson
June 2018: we will welcome another granddaughter

Crunchy Macaroni Salad

1 cup cooked macaroni*
2 tablespoons chopped celery
2 tablespoons chopped onion
3 tablespoons mayonnaise or Miracle Whip
1 teaspoon sugar
1 teaspoon vinegar
½ teaspoon prepared mustard
¼ teaspoon salt
Pinch of pepper

In a bowl combine the macaroni, celery, and onion.
In another bowl, combine the remaining ingredients.
Pour over the macaroni mixture and toss gently.
Cover and chill at least 2 hours before serving.

*The 1 cup cooked macaroni is your starting point. Cook as much macaroni as desired, measure it. For every cup of cooked macaroni you have, multiply the remaining ingredients by the number of cups of macaroni.
