i made a great gluten-free jambalya using a roux with Pillsbury's gluten free blend at the end of june.
I used Ryze in a risotto recipe last night. I had never seen that brand before. The risotto was delicious.

it was at Walmart. they have a surprisngly good selection of GF things. there are 2 versions of Ryze and the package tells what baked goods it's good for. I guess they just have different blends.

well, most hokies are from NoVA! I did not know that until I went there.
LOL that's true at every uni in all of VA. Fairfax County alone has 1 in 10 virginians.

i went to George Mason. Lazy choice close to home.
I would get annoyed though when people would ask where I was from. I would always say SWVA since it's a tiny town, and they would reply "this is SWVA". like they really had no idea the state went like 4+ hours more SW from there.
