I am mother of three and a reflexologist and aromatherapist. I live in wild and wooly wales, and it is a stunningly beautiful place to live. My eldest is 24 and my youngest is 6 and I am hoping to use this next year to find time for me and my creativity (and also give my body some tlc and exercise other than running around being busy).
