It means that the lease is my responsibility but the company administers the payments and stuff... it's a way to pay your car lease from pre-tax earnings, if that makes sense there...

My sister-in-law is a teacher and quite a number of years ago she was on a school cruise along with the rather fussy headmistress. The headmistress was in her fifties, lived at home with a very stern mother and was a bit strange.
No!! Nothing to do with me Karys.
Anyway, a couple of days into the cruise, the headmistress raised the alarm that her slip (petticoat) had disappeared.
(makes a change)
She was in quite a state. Accused everyone of having made away with it, even decided that someone had fashioned an implement to reach it from the porthole etc.
After quite a hue and cry, the steward reached under her pillow and found the slip - he had thought it was her nightdress.
LOL
The headmistress was terribly relieved. Mainly because, as she told everyone, it was a brand new slip, HER MOTHER HAD PACKED HER CASE, and how on earth could she explain to mummy that her new slip had disappeared?
Oh dear....poor lady !!!
So, make sure you keep your slip with you at all times. That's my motto for the day.
Such a shame. She only had a year or two's retirement before she died and the tyrannical mother reigned on.....

My Dad brought us an entertainment center wall unit that we use for display in the living room; a neighbor gave us a smaller one for the television and DVR, with storage for DVDs and books; we bought a brand new bed, an oak coffee table, an office chair, and a rocking chair for less than $500 US.

Nope, first the house was sealed at every crevice. Evn 1/4 inch is enough of an opening. Then a tube was placed in the attic, connected to outside, and with a one-way valve. The bats could depart but not return, and they leave every evening to go out for insect feedings. Then bat houses were placed in the trees behind the house so that the bats had new homes.
