I like the specialK flakes. But I throw them on top of the yoghurt and don't stir, because they get mushy very soon. I like them crunchy.

I take two apples and chop them up, then a layer of yoghurt and then a layer of plain Special K flakes.
believe it or not my favorite cereal is oatmeal but that's a winter comfort food for me
and if you like variation, you can change the fruit and cereal

jilli, you just have to experiment. I never know in advance how much to add. Here's an important thing to know: If you see you've added something you don't want, click Edit, then click Undo, and it returns it to how it was. You can click undo more than once, to undo several changes

I know that not all immunity persists as well as we'd like
