My sister's name is Ruth, so Naomi would have been a natural choice.....

Good day to all. I had an awful night--just didn't sleep much at all.
anxiety and racing head or just overtired and sore muscles from all your exercise
Anxiety and racing thoughts. Common for me on Sunday nights as I review the weekend and upcoming week. And I had been on call all weekend.
I skiped exercise over the weekend and let my body recover. I was too exhausted.
I used to wake up at 2AM with that but now Xanax at bedtime gives me 7 or 8 hours of lovely, dream-filled sleep
Sunday nights are troublesome for me. I should have taken Benadryl after melatonin didn't help.
I like Xanax because of the enjoyable dreams and waking up totally clear-headed
But, my on call weekend is officially over in 80 minutes--phew.

I just read a long article in the New Yorker about sleep meds and found the article so dull (although it did have some interesting facts about narcolepsy [[e.g. dogs fall asleep DURING coitus!), that is culd replace meds
I think I read the same article--about cognitive-behavioral techniques.
this was more about medications and the various research and trials done by drug companies.

I am awaiting my next patient and am caught up with charts, so here I am. Haz, I have been doing more reading about our brains. I wish there was more available on the internet, but I think it is poorly understood.
It's probably because each individual has their own particular experience and it's difficult to describe to someone who doesn't know what you're talking about.
Or maybe lots of people don't realise that what they're experiencing is unusual and therefore don't talk about it.
And it is also tough to figure out what our brain does that most brains do not. We just experience what our senses take in, and do not see the crossovers as unusual.
I'm not well enough up in science to do any research into brains etc but do let me know if you come across anything interesting that could be dumbed down for the science averse.

i just sort of associate colors with certain things or people sometimes.
like a smell or a taste might kind of remind me of a color

it's the same thing with memory - mine is quite good and at times semi-photographic - but not genuinely photographic.

He lo4/4 control of his motorcycle and ran into a te 4/4phone po 4/5. Hi, folks! I just tried meatloaf in the slow cooker and, wow, is it ever tender and good! Just make it the way you usually do (I use BBQ sauce, brown sugar and serve with horseradish mustard. onions, and Italian breadcrumbs). I put thick sliced potatoes on the bottom but don't know if they'll turn out or not---I just wanted to lift up the meatloaf a bit since I don't have a rack.

i always buy boxed dyes and just condition my hair well with the conditioner given. i normally leave it on for an hour instead of 3 minutes and condition my hair well after every wash.i use nice and easy too mimi

thanks, i've got some interviews going lately so hopefully something pans out
getting frustrated with the number of busts i've been having with these interviews though
i was hoping to get multiple job offers so i could compare them and choose the best/ leverage them against each other, but i'm not sure if that's going to happen at this point, we'll see
the problem is row in your country and ours so many people are going for the same jobs but i'm sending positive thoughts your way and something will come to you when least expected i'm sure. i hope all goes well for you
