It was a long day but i am here. Had fun tonight
yes thanks pugs, a quiet one, hubby had to be at Heritage Day today, I didn't go this year
were you ill Flosey
My winery poured me two wines blind and i nailed them
some fun is good Ru
no, he has to be there because he's one of the directors, unless we took separate cars, I'd have to stay all day too
ABsolutely
cooe and g'day from me
I woke up with builders hammering in my head-lol
hugs and Love Rose, feeling better
oh ouch, not a nice awakening, pugs
hi rose
your trip dont sound like it was to much fun, Ru
not yey, pugs. doctor says just a virus at the moment. have a script for antibiotics if i need them. not going to work this week.
I woke up to jackhammers monday pugs
hey flosey.
Ru, this is monday
wow, on a Sunday too!
4 hour drive and my plane was 2 and a half hours late
Last monday pugs
lol, thought you had had too much wine
So sorry you are feeling puny, rose. 2 1/2 hour delay stinks.

Very little pugs

hlowdy rose, doin well, hope you are the same
sure do miss you not being on here with us
just a bit of a cough, and heaps of sneezes. knee doing well. and you, my friend
HI all :)
hi and hugs Liz
doing great, got some stents, and bang, all is better, no chest pains, no phyio, no mandated exercise, just some pills and some niggling about diet, like someone waved a magic wand and made it all better
hey liz
Hugs to you, too. Hi Joso
That's good to read, Joso - hope you continue to feel better.
glad you are doing so well, Joso
how are you Liz
How are you today, Pugs?
I woke with a darn headach but its easing off now--but other then that good
I tell you rose, heart troubles is the way to go, your illness is so much work. All kidding aside, glad the knee is coming together for you, you deserve it
Sorry about that but glad it's wearing off.
Is Rose hiding here somewhere?
thanx joso. and i'm glad your procedure has turned your life around for you.
have you told anyone medical about your headaches yet pug?
Hope you're feeling better today, Rose :)
no Joso for this is the first for a long time
not yet, liz. had an appalling night. on ventolin via the nebuliser now.
Hi Joso, have missed you, hope your back for good?
Not good :(
Hi Flosey :)
have missed you
Hi Liz
hey flosey, sorry but I just happen to be up late tonight, I have missed all of you too, but got to give up my vampire hours
ok, understand that, just pop in now and then when you have a minute - and, above all, follow Dr's orders
Like Flosey said - it's good to see you, whenever, but health must come first.
I've looked in a bit during the day, but it's not the same. The wee hours and you all have a completly different vibe
we got alot of love here-lol
I love the people here at this time of day - not to say that the others aren't good people too :)
so rose, is this just a cold, or is something else going on here?
joso, it's just a cold. no muck in the lungs, dry cough as i said.
What kind of dufferent vibe?
good, woulden't be fair if you get smacked with another serious illness, just approaching the wrapup of the knee saga, you should get some time to enjoy good health
Hi Ru - how were the vineyards?
more relaxed, caring
Vineyards are tomorrow.liz
I agree, it's almost a different game in daytime
Well, I'm getting closer! I'll try to remember that!!! BBL. Hugs to all :)
40 to go now so will get to bed and find them in the morning
goodnight all
for example, just after 12 is the real serious player, time trials, first to the long words, etc, it's fine, but different

the most unbearable part is the dry raspy cough. and sometimes my sinuses burn.
pugs, i hope not. have been making a conscious effort to cover my mouth with a tissue when i cough or sneeze.
they put in a new natural herb store near me but geez they are high on their stuff
What kind of herbs pugs...
ugh, pugs. always check on-line stuff. it's amazing how much cheaper stuff is when you cut out the middle man
Those kind of herbs are Supposed to make you high
teas, vitiamins all that kind of stuff
yeah, like my energy drink I get for 17.00 they want like 40. for theirs
Wow
I dont need high, Ru-lol

I thought friends were suppose to share--lol
(sending virtual waves of cold remedy to grannyrose) (not caring to zap puglet) 8- )
lolol, gwen, and pugs, just this once, you didn't have to share.
there's no cure, but there are some great palliatives anyway
Hi again
re Hi Liz
yeah, gwen, i'm sipping on one known remedy right now. i am thinking in a short time i won't care who killed the cat, let alone worry about my snuffles.
wb liz
Sounds like the type of cure I tried for my jet lag, Rose. Hope it works better for you!
dont forget you are taking meds there Mrs Rose :(
have you guys seen Peach? Ive not seen her for awhile--hope she is well
(wondering how long it would take me to finish if i were sipping on a palliative)
haven't had strong pain meds for nearly a week, pugs. getting by on paracetamol and ibuprofen.
That's great, Rose. Real progress.
thats swell Rose
the reporters on the drum, a current affairs program here, have been talking about the shot down plane. they are calling it an act of terrorism. there have been some pretty strong words between heads of government.
thats all a mess for sure
no one wants to take blame for that
I believe it was an accident - that they thought it was a military target or something. I reckon if it was deliberate, they'd be claiming it.
well, I fell asleep right here at computer, guess I'd better call it a day, goodnight all
that's for sure, pugs. who would want to put their hand up for a multi-national incident?
Sleep well flosey.
lol, oh, dear, flosey. take care going to bed, dear.
well I need to head off, if Sprite comes on Please give her my love and love and hugs to each of you and take care all of you :)
I reckon terrorists don't mind making such claims.
will do pugs, hope you have a good day, hun
Have a good day pugs. Hugs :)
liz, we are talking about a small group, comparatively, of separatists.
they don't have the strength or numbers to defeat a multi-national response to their action.
True but The arrogance of such groups
putin is back-pedalling so fast, your can see the skid marks from when he put the brakes on and went into reverse.
That's for sure and the removal of the missiles! But then Putin supplied those.
okay, don is home with the shopping. going to help put it away. bbl
Have a good evening and feel better soon.
Hugs
good morning all
Hi sprite and hugs :)
Liz! *hugs* And for your husband as well :)
16. Oh dear.
How' was your weekend?
I only have 8 :(
hot! We hit 34 C on saturday, which is NOT a good thing in the netherlands. So humid.
how was yours?
OK - jet lag has hit us hard this time. Possibly the stop in Singapore made it worse!
34 is really hot for you. I don't like humidity.
I am not sure exactly how jet lag works. I have heard it is worse one way... against the sun or with the sun, don't remember.
I'm not sure which way! All I know is that we're both awake for large parts of the night. But hopefully tonight will be better.
I hope so too, Liz. Life is much nicer on adequate sleep
True. Hubby has it worse - he's like a zombie right now!
aw poor man. *hug* him from me and tell him to hang in there for today :)
:)
Pugs sent love and hugs to you.
aw thanks. So sorry to have missed her.
Ks killed. No biggies, Liz. Nothing over 5.
Rose is still full of her cold.
so nasty, colds like that. I hope she will feel a little better soon.
Avoiding them! I'll come back to them later.
lol I have to get them out of the way first, or they will bug me all game long.
OK got to sort dinner. Giving the chef a night off - lol. Hugs, sprite.
hehehe ok Liz. Enjoy cooking and dinner and give my best to your husband. *hugs*

Good so far, going out soon and getting a pedicure after working out :) Exciting I know
How are you?
Not bad at all. My better half has been fighting a cold but is slowly recovering. Nothing worse than summer colds:(
I know, a bit congested myself.
I seem to have hit a bit of a wall with 85 left
I am waking up, playing babble and editing a few chapters., so if i wander, just throw some bacon at me to get my attention:)
I've been back and forth myself :)
I do some of my best writing and editing half-awake. There is less cluttering up my mind during the first couple of hours of the day.
good morning, everyone

pet computer peeve # 38,342: People who make web sites that aromatically plays hundreds of GIF'S images all at once when you stumble on them. This turns my usually co-operative but older computer into a frozen block of plastic that takes five minutes to unfreeze itself :(

ty, molly
hi molly
Hi West
as did i, wolvie
I have no list up
morning molly
speaking of picnic pests I just watched our resident anteater get an ultrasound
the joys of local television
OK, must ask - a resident anteater?
you have a resident anteater?? Not many people can say that!
oh lol- i was just going to ask how you managed that
Morning Wolvie...that is funny West : )
her name is Corn Dog
does an anteater train well to a litterbox, westford?
lol@ corn dog
lol west- nice!
no idea crossy but she is big
Corn Dog the anteater, ah the joys of small town life : D
train it to be a service anteater;)
Why was she getting an ultrasound?
she's pregnant
I wonder who does ultrasounds in the wild
ooooh boy! wow. ;-)
Wonderful! You must keep us thoroughly informed about what it's like to have a resident anteater and litter!
exactly helen lol
Or singleton , or twins - as anteaters may go.
I'll send out birth announcements
lol
*Contemplates what one gets an anteater for a baby shower gift*
Excellent. Thank you. Both for that promise and for an engaging morning topic.
I was paying half attention..think they said she's having one and it will weigh about two pounds
That's big.
How can one pay half attention to an anteater getting an ultrsound?
lmao
one eye on the tv and one on the computer screen
It would have riveted me, to the dismal cost of proper Babbling.
Fireworks - to my astonishment.
Yay helen !!
congrats helen. this has been a fun morning :-)
And there goes the phone - a lively morning! See you all later.
I need breakfast..somehow ants and corndogs don't tempt me
;-)

where in Canada, River?
just north of Montreal. Montcal, Quebec
nbt and nbs
ah, beautiful country
mm, too far away for crossy to say hi. 6 hour drive, at least:(
meeting up for the first time with another game friend (not from babble). It will take me 5 hours to get to her.
She lives on a lake there
how lovely
what path are you taking to Montreal, riverdance?
When she tells me she lives in Weir - does not mean the county? Because her address is Montcal.
straight up I89 through Vermont into Canada and I guess it is just straight ahead to Montreal. I have printed directions but they are at home.
*that
was hoping you would come near where I am before heading into Quebec
would buy you brekkies:)
would love to some day but that would be way out of my way Crossy
sniff...
I live just over an hour from the Vermont border.
there are so many people I want to meet that I chat with on line - I think Carleekat may be on the calendar for next year. Thats a flight though.
ahh yes, brought it up on a map; way too far a way. Montreal is just a hop, skip and a jump from where you are compared to coming over to crossy's for breffast:)
I can handle 5/6 hours driving on my own but beyond that it is too much.
carlee is 2 hours south of me
if i do make it up there next year, maybe we could meet in the middle one day.
down sarnia way
sounds like a plan
sure does - OK I must go now - see you tomorrow morning for a bit.
First HE 6/21 clue please?
tc river

ty flosey got it
yw mlf
falling asleep!! had a good night sleep, need coffee - will stop and read the daily news, bbl
tc, flosey
and now it is time for crossy's tidbit of the day!! Question : What would you think of a three day work week? sounds good? There is a catch; you would have to do three 11 hour shifts and would be indentured to work till age 70 or 75! http://tinyurl.com/p262fm2
Though Canada is not far off those numbers. We have to work till age 67 to qualify for pension
wow, don't think I'd like that at all - I retired at 60 - slightly less pension but then, I took time out to raise the kids
give them 5 more years and a few more age ni=udges and we shall all dies in harness before we can collect any on the money we put into the pension plan our entire working lives
nudges
that is TERRIBLE
surely Canada can do better than that
... remember ... until 1966 the pension age was 70
they bumped it from 65 to 67 two years ago
did not know that, dose
... and male life expectancy was 72
now it is what? 76?
that is insane
... and the 67 thing doesn't start for a couple of years because they just sent me the stuff for OAS at 65
in 2009 it was 79 for men and 84 for women in the province of Ontario
well, it will be firmly entrenched for the rest of us
... depends who you are ... male is about 78 I think ... women about 82 ... ... but there was one group ... I think it was university grads where is was 88 and 92 ...
92 is a noble age to aspire to
well, I just turned 82 - time for the ice flow I guess
... people just never wanted to admit how expensive pensions are ... how much health science would improve health ... and that the economy wasn't going to grow at 6 to 8 percent per year and wouldn't provide employment for everyone
really flosey? When i saw you just last year, I figured you were just stepping into your 70's
ahhhhh, bless you crossy!
... living where you do ... west coast isn't it? ... I'll bet you're in the 92 expectancy group
... no ice floes there
yes dos, and I sure hope - I don't feel "old"
I stopped aging at 25 or so. My mind that is; my body did not wish to play along, however:(
that's a good age to keep - as long as you can, crossy
took me a while to get over failing a memory test, at 80, at 82 I aced it!
didn't take it seriously the first time around, struck me as being a very silly test - then boom! he looked at me, very seriously, and said 'you failed'
My memory test is simple; when I can no longer put down words that create a story that others wish to follow, then, and only then once that is lost, shall i give it up and retire to my rocker on the porch
knocked me for a loop! this test was automatic - depended on one keeping driving license!!! I couldn't live where I do, and not be able to drive
ouch!did not know it was for your drivers permit!
I knew that but thought it was a physical test
in BC, you have to pass Medical by Dr. when you reach 80, his report goes to BC MV Licensing
same in Ontario I believe
... they'd do a memory test to check you're attention span ... my mother just stopped checking things around her because she just forgot to ... until she hit two cars in the same place
however, passed this year - did have a road test by a Drivers' Ed, both years - they told me that I was a good driver and sent in such report
wow, that would hurt, is your mother still driving dos?
... no ... she lost her license in '05 ... thank goodness ... she never was a good driver ... she was 81
when I lived in Ontario, I drove to work from North York to the waterfront (old Yardley building) nothing about Ontario driving bothered me
... not like that anymore ... I wouldn't drive in Toronto if I can help it ... ... too many cars ... too much speed ... too little space ...
was much younger too!
hello...what do the 8's start with? pls
... two co 7/8 combinations
co8/50 co8/45
I used to drive courier for Northern telecom in Toronto in the 80,s but now I get the cold sweats driving down in the city
ta7/52, 8/70
ty flosey
guess that is normal once one stops driving in large centres as Toronto
Miss the car i had then; was a baby blue 1977 Pontiac grand Prix. Thing was all hood, doors and motor:)
there is one more Phaeton, I don't have it yet
ok
bet it drove like a dream, crossy
a clue for the co8/50 pls?
it had all the power in the world and was like sitting in your favorite chair at home. thing used to just float over the roughest roads
relax and be co8 with what you have
... plural of 7/36
that would b e be co7, with what you have, the 8's are pl
bucket seats in crushed velour
change last letter for the other co7
cruise, tilt and a factory 8-track tape player:)
Ty crossy
flosey...isnt that the co7/32 8/45?
aaah..ty
yes
lol, I remember having to get an adaptor for it from Radio Shack so it could play cassettes;)
I remember that adapter :)
thing was a pita:/
I just gave up and bought a box of 8-track tapes at the flea market
so, I got ta 5/18 and ta 6/30, now have to fill in the blanks :)
and I got them :)
helps when you have the first 5 letters
power nap time for crossy, biab...poink!
A nap sounds like a good idea
yes sukee ta4, 5, 7, 8, 6 - all from the original ta4/8
And finding the te 7 and 8 was the same
Almost exactly the same :)
ah, thanks sukee, that was my missing 8
good
I'm off for a bit too, good luck. Will be back later
missing one T, ta6
... t4 plus male pronoun
thanks dos
odd word?
... a very rare flightless bird in New Zealand .... thus a perfect babblet
aha, it is a bird - flightless type
o
... monkeyed it
monkeys sure come in handy
... only if they are infinite
ga6/27?
french word, boy
nm
just change my name to peri...lol
lol
morning all, I am having trouble finding the third KA four/five combo! can someone clue me please
if you have the last ka4...stick a vowel in before the last cons
... that's because there's only two .
abrev. of a girls name, just change second vowel
and pl
no dos...there are 3
... bet you missed ... ka5.18

hello all. help with any 8 pls
only have one te 8 and its a plural....
-hm, a plural of a 7?
yes
builds on a te 4...
ok I do not have a te7. I have more than one te4. looking
it builds on a common word
it builds on a common word
not sure I have the right te4 so not getting it
builds on a camp dwelling...
ty looking again
take
oops
I have the camp dwelling but do not see how to expand it
other than pl
expand it with a word that means how old you are...
+ how old are you?
NM got it. ty both
I was not looking for a compound word for the te7
yw...
i didn'
think of it that way..
it is ok, I found them
I am stuck with 72 left, tough grid for me
it is a tough one....i am at 32
got it down to 24....taking a break....bbl to finish...
I whipped through the first 100 today, and have stumbled through the next 29. Still have 33 to go. Interesting grid today.
:( 71 words into it and still no NBT for Crossy:(
If you "whipped" through the first 100, you are doing better than I
The bottom O was my final for NBT. I think I had about 70 left when I found that one.
fortunately I have all the o's off my list already
:) I still have 3 of them to find.
the first three all are variations of the fuel additive the fourth is five of something
of course that is not their specific dictionary meaning, just an aid to babblers.. thought i better quantify that before i get jumped on:)
Thanks. I have the fuel additive, but none of its derivatives.
the first oc actually means "on the eighth day"
I have that one too. I'll play with the other word.
cool
let me know if you need a nudge for it
Got them. Thank you. Need any clues yet?
not quite yet. i am still digging around a bit
And now it is time for Crossy's tidbit of the day!! Statistically speaking the most dangerous place to have sex is on the couch. Number 2 on the list is on a flight of stairs...go figure... :)
Lol who would have thought the couch would be more dangerous than the stairs?
i think sheer number play a part in it as I am sure there are more attempts to have sex on a couch than on an uncomfortable flight of stairs;)
Must be the case.
For example the time honored Canadian past time of having sex in a cone did not even make the list!
canoe
Chuckles...I bet trampolines didn't either.
the hard part , of course, being figuring out where to store the fishing poles and the net...
lol,ormal
True, no one wants hooks stabbing them.
would be hard to explain to the doctor at emerg.
I can see the ER staff's faces now. Lol
:)
I'm amused that se6 was the last s word I found.
Thank god! editing of this portion of my book is almost done!... for now. A friend of mine who is a published author had his book go through 20! edits before it saw the printing press. And that was just professional edits and not counting the ones he did himself!
WOW... 20+ edits is a LOT
guess he had to tear it apart and rebuid it a few tiomes
rebuild
it was non-fiction though
Ahhh, I'm down to 9 words left. I need to go finish my foyer floor & rip out the hall carpeting.
See you later Cross.
never saw it myself. Was a technical how-to manual on the aspects of profession texashold em poker strategies. tc ormal
better you than me> I hate reno work
i am done!...
yaa for penquis!
ty ty!
Well done penquis. I still have 47 to find
and now it is time for Crossy's quote of the day!!
there is a TV show here in the US: Sex brought me to the ER. I have not watched it.
"If a writer knows enough about what he is writing about, he may omit things that he knows. The dignity of movement of an iceberg is due to only one ninth of it being above water"- Ernest Hemingway.
lol,peri
Richard gere once ended up in the Er with his foreskin caught in his zipper
uh oh
he was most unamused and very cross with the poor nurse trying to extricate him
I had a friend burn his.. appendage on the searing hot surface of one of those lit, portable make-up mirrors:)
I won't ask....
best not to...
me either
Some things are best left to the imagination
Some things are best not even imagined!
Hi, Chrissie
Hi jaxx, crossy, peri
Hi Chrissie, hi all
howdy, chrissie
wb peri:)
Did you get your glasses sorted jaxx?
I have to admit not yet. I thought I'd give them another try but they seem worse the longer I wear them. I am taking them back tomorrow.
Need another full eye exam , Jaxx?
You've given them long enough to adjust, there must be a mistake in the prescription or the dispensing
I don't know but I cannot get on with these varifocals. I can see fine straight ahead but once I need to read looking down everything goes blurred. I end up trying to hold my head in all sorts of angles. I would probably be fine if I were an owl
I have one more year to go on this pair that I have now, at which point I shall get another full eye exam.
poor jaxx. I think two pairs would be better for you; One for reading and one for everything else
lol, are you using the eyes in the back of your head
You wouldn't believe the eye tests I had last week. I still have to have one using fluorescein to dye the blood supply behind the eyes
I found that I can read and do computer work without glasses so I only get glasses for long distances like driving or watching TV
rather than pay for bifocal or trifocals
i find that I spend half my life looking over top of this pair. They are for reading and nothing else. My long vision is still fine:)
I was fine with bifocals so I think I would be better going back to them. The damn things cost me the best part of £200 as well.
I'm like you crossy.
lol@ tri-focals: the top part is to see far away, the middle part is to see what is around you , and the bottom one is to read the labels on all your medication;)
and they cost too much money crossy
When are you back at the specialist jaxx?
I would rather have a different pair for each task
I jumped off a high wall when I was about 10 and my knee went into my eye. All my problems stem from there. In fact my sight improved as I got older until 7 weeks ago.
10 left, bbs
29th July.
my beloveds eyes are stuck at 20/400 on a good day due to a longstanding degenerative eye disease. No glasses will help her. the scrip would have to be so strong that to read a book she would have to hold her head still and move the pages back and forth in front of her:(
that god for ereaders!
I would far rather have a hard back book but my sister-in-law swears by her kindle. Matter of choice, I guess
That's hard crossy. Is it still deteriorating?
My wife likes real books as well but there are few that are printed in 25 point type
we are fortunate in that it has been stable for the last 5 years, chrissie
When I frequented the national Hospital eye clinic, it quickly became clear to me (without specs!) that there are others much worse off.
That's good, pray it stays that way
lol jaxx
well, I hope they find the right scrip for you, jaxx
I have the new scrip but I have my doubts about the proficiency of the very pretty and very young optician
Well, finished with the grid, and as it's work tomorrow I should be off to bed. Take care crossy and jaxx
Sleep well, Chrissie and don't work too hard!
I'll do my best :)
it is a terrible thing to not know if you should tell the doctor what is wrong, or to give the doctor a loyy-po and send them off to find their father or mother
tc chrissie
lolly-pop
her adopted name was Eunice but her actual name was Kai tel or something similar.
my last oncologist looked like he only needs to shave once a month:)
It is quite distressing when doctors get younger every time you go to visit
lol, reminds me of all that crap that K-Tel used to sell on t.v in the 70's
as ypu can see, the 70's were kind to me. They book extra time for me when i need the ink-blot test;)
all the blots look like toasted bacon sammiches to me;)
there is no doubt that degrees have become easier to get. When I asked my head of Department, a so called Biologist, if he would like me to recommend a mordant for his A level prac. he looked at me as if I were speaking a foreign language and said what's that? enough said
uh oh
lol
he was the man who insisted on taking over the A level practical preparation so I gave him the Exam boards prep sheet. On the day we came in to find that every thing on that sheet had been ignored so we had garden varieties instead of wild ones and other glaring errors. he then said to me why didn't you tell me. It was all there on the shett - makea you wonder if he could read. Another technician and I ended up scaling walls for Ivy leaves at the top of stems and collecting wild species with 10 minutes to spare.
Hi crossy and jaxx
he also used to put students through the same exam again and again until they passed. Stupid man
hey, sukee
howdy, sukee
rote memorization teaching. thank god things are changing in that regard
reminds me of a quote that i like...
“Everybody is a genius. But if you judge a fish by its ability to climb a tree, it will live its whole life believing that it is stupid.â€
Can I have a clue for ar 5/14?
do not have it yet, sukee
My favourite is you can't fatten pigs by weighing them
ty for checking
:) never heard that one before;)
ar + ***s (swear)
ty jaxx
Got it, ty
Not a free word this time. lol
Why do the people down the hall insist on turning up the music when I decide I am going to sit down and write?
They have a sixth sense on when best to annoy you.
It's loud enough all day but I dont hear it when I am inside my apartment, but once in a while they blast it.
It's like my upstairs neighbour, it's quiet until I go to bed
probably you are most sensitive when you are tired and want to sleep
when i am writing, i prefer soft instrumental playing in the background.
I may have to resort to the noise cancelling head phones. Kills me though, they live right across from the superintendant.
Bose make the best noise cancelling headphones
I have JVC which aren't bad
Going to be very hot here tomorrow.
I just edit in the afternoon. When doing fresh rough draft I prefer early in the morning when most of my part of the world is still asleep
It's up in the high 20s already
It is my own fault, it is pretty quiet here most of the day, but I tend to end up getting around to work later in the afternoon.
yes, if you keep it deathly quiet all the time than small noises become loud and loud noises become impossible.
then
This building goes though periods, it was very quiet last summer but this summer it's screeching kids until 10pm and two apartments on my floor that like to blare the music. And, well, my upstairs neighbour has been a pest for at least 4 years :) I am planning on moving in the next 3 years :) I have a 60+ building I have my eye on :)
And don't make me think about the basketball and cricket players :)
reminds me of when our son was an infant. We used to keep a radio playing softly in his room all the time. That way normal noises were not always jarring him awake;)
I am fortunate in that my building is 70% age 50+
and unfortunate in that all the 80+ ladies hog all the washing machines to was a few doilies and a tea cozy:)
wash
lol
I have to go write 6 250 word blog posts about marketing services. It's due tomorow.
Have patience with the elderly, crossy. You will be there quickly enough
occur
that sounds like a quick project
I have written 22 on that topic already this week.
oops....hello all...
I know it, jaxx
Darn, that word should have been there :)
hi
howdy, jilly
Wondering if I should watch baseball tonight. I have missed the past 2 games and the Jays have won both games.
keep wanting to type gasket.
Hi, jilly
careful, you might jinx them if you watch them now;)
Go for it sukee
put them on the radio and get your typing done at same time
There is a good idea :)
:)
Cancel out the noise, listen to the game, and work
putting the mind's eye to work on a ball game has its own special reward
Clever crossy
CBC radio usually does the game
:) I do have my moments
or stream the audio on the computer
I usually turn off sound on all games to avoid the inane banter of the TV hosts
I was thinking of finding CBC on the web
snap
It can be annoying Jill, I almost did that when I was watching the World Cup final.
and I must be off for a bit. Shall be back in an hour or two and have a last gasp at this tricky little grid-poink!
See you, I'm off in a few too
later sukee
