Formerly Momneedshelp - thought I needed something a little more exciting in a name. Thanks to my babble friends - jmc, pini and stid, I am now Riverdance or just river will do.

My icon is my daughter and myself taken on 06/15/13.
French Silk Chocolate Pie
1/2 cup of butter or margarine
3/4 cup suger
2 sq (2ounce) unsweetened chocolate melted and cooled
1 tsp vanilla
2 eggs
1 pie shell - baked or graham

In mixer, cream butter, gradually add sugar, creaming until light. Blend in chocolate and vanilla. Add eggs one at a time, beating 3 minutes after each addition on medium speed of electric mixer. Turn into shell. Chill several hours. Garnish with whipped cream and chocolate curls if desired.
