damn..sorry everyone.
no, should settle in a bit. It was rather odd. We have an oldfashioned toilet which sits on the floor, fastened with bolts. Appears those bolts have rusted through somehow. Toilet almost tipped over when I was on it, so I hurt my hips and back.
Oooh that sounds painful! Hate those sudden movements when you have to try and suddenly stop yourself.That is when that can really hurt ((Sprite)) Sending healing vibes to you so it stops hurting quicker.

I just got off the phone. My DIL said it awakened her and felt like ti lasted a minute. he's in Menlo Park but nothing was broken and she was unafraid, even though it's her first

She said that the city hall in Napa was very badly damaged, even though it was recently retrofitted for earthquakes
I was terrified the first time I felt an earthquake.

I was in a portable class room with 30 7th graders the first 6.3 one i was in. We rushed to the door and looked out they were all excited shouting cool! Kinda like a rollercoaster ride
1989 was the last one I felt, moved to CO a couple of years later. Grew up in CA though - so I felt lots of them...Reports are this one was quite shallow, and centered in a sparsely populated area thankfully
