oh, dear, alan davis, on QI, has just demonstrated how a cow magnet is inserted in a cow. don and i are just about having an asthma attack, and tears are rolling down our cheeks.
omg, they are so funny.
sprite, i feel so good after the second infusion of magnesium. i went in nauseated with a score of 4, pain with a score of 2. i have done 2 supermarkets and bought a week's supply of groceries. no nausea now, and pain almost not there.
rose that is so awesome! So you had a nice lunch too, with Don?
oh, sprite, yes, hun. i was so hungry by then. i had an egg and bacon roll. the roll was freshly baked by the baker's next door to the eatery. and i splashed out and had a double chocolate milkshake. only it was made with so much ice-cream it was almost a thick shake.

i have only had 1/2 dose treatments due to cardiac history. i am going to ask cardiologist if i can go up to full dose on tuesday next.
the hardest thing is talking to phone co and electric co in French. It's not resolved, but I got closer
I too amhaving a treatment. I am sitting here with Lyclear on my hair as my dear grandson has passed his headlice on to me. Don't you just love kids? Mind you, I couldn't eat a whole one. lol

Well, I have a physical problem and can't climb stairs. I could not get on the exam table even with help. I'll have to get my doctor to schedule me in the hospital where beds are adjustable.

Hello uusue, from a nursing perspective, there is a difference between chemo being palliative and being referred for palliative care. I know it is hard to hear they don't feel he can be cured though. But remember, each is an individual.
no, don't worry, chrissie, we are already pretty scared. But they don't mean they're just trying to ease his pain; they really are fighting the cancer. So we are hopeful.

LOVE IT! I am so enjoying this (so far). Even the hard parts -- like not knowing how much the kids already know and how fast I "ought" to be going is good.
Third graders are wonderful people. AND... I am working the same school as some of the local babblers. So my reputation sort of preceded me. *sigh*
