I know that some of mine is down to stress though, and that's something only I can sort out. I do find camomile tea helps, and sandalwood incense sticks

saani, this doc is a pain management specialist, and he totally understands fibromyalgia
It would certainly improve life a nd living if it could be identified and properly treated so you don't have to use meds
but they don't seem to know much about fibro from what I hear
once i have been in hospital we will be able to contol the aches, spasms and pain using intravenous magnesium.
Great! I use it too, these spasms in my feet and lower legs at night -- I swear I would break a bone if I tried to straighten them!
saani, this guy is the best. he is a fully qualified anaesthetist, then specialised in chronic pain management. he has also diagnosed me with central sensitivity syndrome.so he knows what i am going through, bless him

there are many facets, fortunately i don't have all of them. i couldn't imagine what it would be like with all the symptoms.
apart from the muscles aspect, the other thing i suffer from is my body's inability to control it's temperature. those are the two major symptoms.

No, ML. The older boy loves trains, so have sent him two train books he adores to the extent he won't let his father read them to his brother! Am focusing on animal books with the younger one...he's more quiet than his brother so far and also loves music already...so much I can teach him about that.

Sit in your favorite reading chair, throw the phone out on the front lawn. lock the door and make a nice beverage. then allow a moment for anticipation and after your cuppa is ready, dive right in!

I gave him a Mozart Cube for Christmas last year which plays Mozart in several modes and he adores it! Even then he would sit with it and slap his hands on his legs in time. My musical background is incredibly varied, so we'll have lots to listen to, play, and sing.

If you mean sitting and falling into the writing experience, it is a bit different. Unlike reading, i really have no extended foreknowedge of what is to happen in my tale, i have glimspes, hints, a bit of a scene her, and sometimes , if I am very lucky, an entire chapter is there in my head as a whole, exploding to get out. My writing is more like a sculpter sitting in front of a giant block of granite with a small hammer and chisel; as I tap away, things are revealed to me. i do not know what is hidden within until the end:)
So glad Amazon is there...don't know what I'd do without it.
