I heard that he'd wanted to go to fight but he'd been refused a passport by the Canadian govt.
The killed assailant had at least one accomplice who has not yet been found. Parliament hill and surrounding hotels, a mall, schools and the university of Ottawa were all in lock down for several hours.
Scary times.

hi folks, I decided to take two ex. classes in a row this am. The TBX class was 1/2 hour and I really like. we get individual attention since the class is smalll. The body sculpting class is right after that and I was already there and that is my usual class so I took it too. I am ok now but may be a little sore tomorrow.
also starting volunteering at the food pantry where I take the exercise classes. the clients were so grateful. along with canned and packaged goods we had fresh bagels, fresh fruit and real (not rubber) chicken.
