i am exercising my right forearm....one reason i started PT is that i could not play the recorder without pain....
ah. I am having issues with my left shoulder after having a fall at work.
i just finished icing the arm for a good five minutes....
ah....i had PT on my shoulder a few years ago...
it's random intermittant pain. The other day, I waved and had a severe pinch. Seeing an Ortho tomorrow.
