I buy cheap beef occasionally throughout the year and use it in slow cooker recipes to make it tender. The tenderloin is a once a year treat and I blow way too much money on it. But it's worth every bite, and then some.

I will. My friend's son, the one you met when we got together for the dance festival, left for his mission (the training part) on the 17th. He will be in Japan. :-D We miss him already -- will go to his house on Thursday for brunch. Help fill up the house a little bit.
