There can be other sources. Piriformis muscle. Other neuralgia. Yes, go back to that doc if you are suffering.
Injecting into the SI joint is straightforward.
Then I got minimal relief from those injections, but it did nothing for the "hot spot".
There are muscles within the pelvis that connect to the SI joint area from within. Piriformis muscle is one of those. Synovial cyst on spine can cause pain too, but you had an MRI, right?

i am an aide for a couple teachers at an elementary school. one of them is away this week. there is a sub, but today i was to do a bit of the teaching. i was looking forward to it and excited. i thought they would behave fine because they normally do, and they already know me and stuff. but they were DREADFUL.
We call it submarining the "sub". Not unusual but alpha dog needs to step up and lay down the law. Things will usually settle.
oh that is disappointing. Why are kids (even good kids) seemingly programmed to act up with substitute teachers? It's like, free pass today

If it's a private school, have the individual students call home and have them discuss their attitude with their parents. Make it an invitation. They usually decide not to call.

The no cell phone use during school hours is to make sure that the students realize that THEY and THE TEACHERS are supposed to be concentrating on learning, not their cell phones. I"m sure all teachers have the school office phone number down as an emergency contact. Just like they did before the advent of cell phones.
Don't most schools have intercom systems still? All the schools I went to (100 years ago) did. Phones right in the rooms.

I will take the metro to work in the morning but they are shutting down shop at 3 and then I will take metro home (or four blocks short) and then will stay within my house and block for the duration. . . I just hope i don't lose power. . .
i will charge up all my batteries before hand so if the power goes out I can still babble . . . .for awhile anyway. . .
