Crying usually does help. My Dad always said that tears are cleansing. Everyone gets down sometimes Ruby. It's not a bad thing to be there, just not so great to STAY there for too long.

Yes - we used to combine it with Casimoroa (also sp??) tea, which is a natural soporific. Drank it when I had too much pressure at work.
