I have been trying to add more olive oil to my diet so have made little salds with mini tomatoes and small amount of grated cheese with about two table spoons of olive oil over it.
It is supposed to be good for the heart

When I cook eggs for the dogs, I use sunflower oïl. When I cook for me (ra**ly these days) I use butter or a combination f butter and olive oil
If it ever gets warm enough, I'll plant tomatoes in the potager. They are always delish
I love omelettes myself. Not that I have made one for a long while.
I have room for about a dozen plants and I mix the types.

I love the crispy real French fries at a local restaurant with truffle salt.. they're like shoe string potatoes. But I only have them once in a long while

Depends on how bad it is I guess. Mine is mostly milk. I am ok with cheese as long as I don't go mad ( oops!) and yougurt is ok.

Not heard of them blah. Will have to ask about them. My intolerance is not bad. I just feel sicky after and can't eat much. I know there are people that are much worse.

one of the things I love about travelling in Europe -- only fast food junk around is usually the golden arches and europeans won't tolerate crappy food precooked and reheated, I guess, because as a rule you don't find that there. No matter how small the restaurant things seem to be prepare from fresh ingredients when you order it and the seasonings are usually fresh as well, rather than dried.

I get lactose free milk. I think it actually tastes nicer. Only thing is it is more expesive.
