High gluten flour is the trick to any kind of bread dough. I have never made a bread product successfully without it.

Icons on this forum can't be any bigger than 350 pixels maximum size, You can't just upload any picture, especially from your cell phone (as those usually measure over 1000 pixels).
If you are not aware as to how to resize computer images, it is best to get some help with that.

Deeha, if you have "Paint" on your computer, open the picture there, go to "Home" option and then to "resize". I took your picture from here, used Paint, resized it to 10% of what it was and the pixels came out the perfect size for sharing on here. Hope this helps, and they are beautiful children by the way!
The old Windows XP had a wonderful little editing feature that made it so much easier to change the resolution of your pictures. I miss XP !

Oh Soodle cant believe it. After telling me that I went to appt. on FTo b ehobnest riday and the doctor ran in shouting 'You re clear!! The biopsy is clear'. To be honest I am now a bit cross they told me the worst before they had had the results.

Okay - I changed mine. My two granddaughters kind of remind me of yours, Deeha. The older one is 4 and the baby is five months old. One is blonde and the other has dark hair. Totally opposites!
When I look at my own profile, though, the old picture is still there - frustrating!!
The little one is now 3 1/2 the other day she said to her 9 year old sister who was playing with a friend 'I've got a job for you girls. You can go and tidy my bedroom'!!!
