it was ok. She was late, which was a bit of a bother. But she was enthusiastical, had lots of questions and was really interested in the callers. We had a great variety of callers, so she got a good impression of what the work entails. I was dead tired afterwards though. It is very intensive, doing the calls and be focused on someone else.
