I realised just in time I didn't want to spend energy on fighting with him. Just told him since we were both there now, to get on with the job.

I like the smell but It does not really help.
I take lorazepam to help me relax and that helps me get to sleep. But I do not like to take it more than once a week. some nights are just worse than others.
melatonin does not work, neither does valerian.
do you have trouble sleeping hurshy?
I never have too much trouble sleeping
