I'm doing okay too. I have a strip light fixture in my kitchen with 6 bulbs in it; I'd had halogen lights in it initially, but as those halogen bulbs burnt out I had replaced them (over the past 5 years) with LED lights. Now today I had a couple of bulbs burnt out (the last halogen & an old LED; I replaced the whole lot of 6 bulbs with brand new LED lights & my kitchen is so bright I feel like I should have sunglasses on in there! :-)
These newer LED lights are designed so differently & they are so much brighter than the old ones. I really like them a lot!
I know. The "chandelier" over my dining area table has LED's and it is like sitting on the surface of the sun.
I actually took one of the old ones apart; it's amazing how much those LED lights have changed in both design & amount of light they give off

The 1st generation LEDs that I bought in the past still had an appearance of having mini light bulbs inside the ; this newer generation of LED bulbs; you see all the little yellow squares (the diodes?) on the flat light "bulb."
