I used about a TB of normal yellow mustard and about a teaspoon of spicy brown mustard. Mix it in the tuna instead of mayo.

yes - it is a refridgerated outdoor rink -- they won't need any refridgeration today though, it's -5C. About 8" snow on the level.
I loved skating outdoors as a kid. Hardly ever happened in Victoria tho
