well, first this other boy said "we found 3 coins outside, and matthew put two in his pocket but i put the other one in the box!" and i thought, ok, not generous but, whatever, found money. and then yesterday was the "quarters" day - you could always bring whatever but it was like, pennies monday, nickels tues, dimes weds, quarters thurs, $1 today
and i saw him playing with several quarters at his desk so i was suspicious, after having heard that the other day

I still have yesterday's clues, how can I access today's clues. I see they are up but I did crtl anf F5 and the old clues stayed up
I just refreshed using the little arrow circle in my browser bar and they changed to today's
I use google chrome browser
I use Expert. I wonder if Expert will work on google chrome
I don't have Expert, I just go the playbabble.com home page
What does Expert do?
Annie I would try using another browser. Internet Exploder is a very unstable browser.
Expert puts the words in exact order
Where would I get Expert? Saying that, my words are always in order.
You can also use the regular Lickety page (link at the bottom of this page) and copy and paste your words into it using the BULK ADD feature.

On Expert I clicked Printable Clue--got a page that said clues for Satuday FEb 4 with yesterday's clues. Oh dear, I dont know how to copy and paste.

To copy: click your mouse in front of the first word in your word list. WHILE HOLDING THE MOUSE BUTTON DOWN, swipe your mouse over your entire list. It will turn blue. Then right click and select COPY.
Yes, you can download Expert on Google chrome or Firefox.

Then go to Lickety's list. Click the BULK ADD link at the top of the page. It will bounce you down to an ADD WORD box at the bottom. Click in that box, right click and select PASTE and all your words will be in the box. Then click the ADD BULK box and all your words will go in the list above. It is easier than these instructions make it look.
Using Expert is easier because all your words automatically go in the list. However, I find Expert to be a very unstable program.
So now I have Expert, ty Molly. However, it takes the whole screen and I can't see other applications. Which may be a good thing as I can focus on the grid instead of getting distracted by other things
I'm back. I was able to get today's clues up.

yes Welki when you are used to the ocean, you do miss it. I can see the Strait of Canso from my living room window and spend lots of time in the summer on the beach. Love the smell of the salt air.

DARN!!! Yes! I didn't have ONE day off. I have to be truthful, freezing my a** off watching a three year old try to ski is not my idea of fun. They had every day filled with activities. i said to my son, don't you ever give the kids a day off where they can just PLAY at home? Well meaning but too many activites I think

to a former brooklynite (hi welki). There was a place where you could get coffee on the pier in Coney Island. Nice place to watch the ocean out on the end of the pier.
The pier is still there but the shack is gone.
oh i get it, swm - i've said the same thing to my kids. how about a day off? let's see them play on their own! they've come around, and i'm grateful for that, it was like being in a marathon!

I'm able to get to the clues but not the printable clues, so half a loaf is better than none.
And I must Control F5 in order to get that far
right now when I put a word inot the box, it shows up on the list but doesn't disappear from the box. I have to remove ir beofre putting in a new word. Not a huge thing, but weird

I have an old Mac G-5 and use Firefox for a browser
not familiar with apple products, but you probably need to clear your temporary files (saved website data cache)
or if you can access settings in the firefox browser maybe you can clear the cookies and cache there
Use command-shift-R to force reload.
rule of thumb for this grid --- add mr. gore
For firefox. On the right hand side top of the page there are three little black lines click that. ~Then click options then click advanced tab... look for the wording..chached web content. and to the right of that click clear now. Close fire fox and re-open. that should do it.
Just click on Lickety's Babble Clues under Friends of Babble on this page. I never have a problem.

although with so many having trouble, I think the problem is that expert isn't refreshing automatically
