Chocolate Lover's Torte

6 oz bittersweet chocolate
1/2 cup unsalted butter
1 cup sugar
4 large eggs
1/2 cup cocoa powder

1. Preheat oven to 350F. Grease 8-inch round baking pan.
2. In a double boiler melt chocolate and butter. Stir until smooth. Remove from heat add sugar.
Whisk in eggs one at a time.
3. Sift cocoa over chocolate mixture and whisk until just combined.
4. Pour batter into pan and bake for 40-45 minutes. Cool for 5 minutes then invert onto a serving plate. Cool completely.
Serves 8 350 calories 23g fat
