I really need my sleep but get 7 - 8 hours a night, even if a dog or two awakens me
good for you to get some exercise. Doing it every day probably will take some building up... start in short sessions and slowly do them more often, maybe.
When I started in the fall, I could barely do 2 minutes. I've done as much as 14, but can't do it every day now.
