my pain doc. 'burned' six nerves in my lower back.
also, check out the new treatment for degenerative spinal damage. it is injections of stuff which sets hard and fuses the bones together.
oh ok will pass the idea on to him - poor thing has also just completed radiation therapy to bladder/prostate and that knocked the stuffing out of him - he had fusion in May 2015 which failed and redid (different doc) in Dec 2015 but since radiation his back pain is worse than ever

we got missed by most of the snow we were supposed to have gotten - but this morning it is bitter cold and windy - didn't have to go out to the activity scheduled (that was cancelled)
Here in Delaware we got mostly icy mix. Lots of trees and limbs down in the area. Everything was closed down yesterday. All back in business today.
we got about 2 inches but the county just to the east - that is up in the mountains got 12 +
Hubby attempted to go out in the front yard after the precip. stopped. However, it was so windy that ice was blowing off the trees. He came back in after being pelted with painful chunks.
We got a foot, then came the icy rain and sleet
... south shore of Lake Ontario Hamilton, BUffalo, Rochester) got hit but not as hard as they usually get hit ... north shore just got slight flurries (not the 25cm we were supposed to get) but it's gotten cold (-10C) and it is refusing to warm up ... not nice when the last week of winter is the coldest of the season

doing okay. We had a tough 6 months; DH kept getting urine infections & when he gets sick & has fevers his MS symptoms flare up & his nerves don't communicate; so he was in & out of the hospital 5 or 6 times; but he had prostate surgery Feb 11th & he's doing much better now. (his prostate wasn't the problem; but it did make caring for himself more of a problem.

the first fr 5/16 is that little thin tissue that connects your tongue to the bottom of your mouth, however
