LOL. Looks like it will be a good day.
I am off to the gym in about 4 mins.

... is4/5 ... someone will complain that it's not a word
ty dos!
Hi Dan and doseffing.
... good morning scrabbler ... how are things in the mountains today?
Would it be troubling if I said that the word Roads is in this grid?
We have had a few beautiful days here but may see rain this afternoon. I am going to the real mountains, the Adirondacks, on Saturday.
TY, Kaplan.
sits
Another free clue.
... first thing I typed today was the word for nasty rodents which is in the grid and how the cursor got in the chat first I'll never know ... so I can't complain
Free clues are generous and kind.
My rationale being if you can't see ROADS you may need the help
... except when I've already got them ... but thanks anyways
True, Kaplan, although I hadn't looked down there yet.
no more free clues today from me.
... we'll be watching ...
Hi folksies

Hi everyone
been spending all day on the house reno, so this is the first tme I
Heyas kids ..
ve been able to get back to this. I guess the HGTV home reno shows don't want to scare people off --- they only seem to talk about falling behind on the schedule. They don't talk about prior paint colours that bleed through 3 coats of paint, or crooked walls, or ceramic tile that isn't the size it says it is and is misshapen, etc.
hello torgone! and cyber
cyber, I just used a new primer designed to cover dark paint, and it worked very well. I think it was called
fresh start
I went on line where, Kilz was suggested - that finally worked -- everything in the house was painted various hues of pepto bismol pink -- one of the hardest colours to cover
ugh
