Spelt bread is very good for the digestion system.
we are hopeful my husband can eat it without triggering a gout attack. He dislikes white bread, unless I bake it. I put in some oat flakes to give it a bit of a bite. But if he can have spelt, I will bake spelt bread in stead in future. It is so tasty!

If i may, if you dont find anything phyically wrong, try tuckering him out with playing and then see if he does it. That will tell you if it is a boardom thing. If so, they make great new toys you can fill with treats that takes them time to get to. This might just keep him busy.

If a web site denies multiple sign ons from the same ISP, people in those circumstances have to.

i think the best way to deal with people who post crap is to just ignore them and not respond in any way....they get tired of that pretty quickly...
