just a question i would like to ask babblers. do any of you use a foot-stool when on the toilet. doctors are not quick to tell you, that a squat position is the best for people to adopt. you can avoid lots of different types of meds using that position. our muscle structure is better for a squat than the traditional sitting with feet flat on the floor.
