quite well. cardiac maintenance program started. i am doing very well. i started off where cardiac rehab left off. pain mostly in hips but with our cold snap my joints are yelling... very loudly.
how is the training? all you would wish it to be?
the weather can be such an extra issue for painful muscles and joints :( I know. We are jojo-ing with the weather here. Yesterday and day before were summery. Today is rain and cold.
oh yes! It is amazing. So much info and so many techniques, and a good trainer. I am slurping it all up like a sponge. As usual, I take a little longer to learn the techniques, but I am thorough and once I have it down, it is mine forever. The other girls are faster, but less precise and... well... let's say flightier ;)
FM pain is under control. and i am taking endone an hour before time in gym starts. still motivated to the max. stuff being done which previously i have procrastinated over.
and younger too, i bet.
oh rose! A small miracle happened. Yesterday, PayPal called me and apologised for the rotten situation. They said they were totally in the wrong, dutch law should have been applied to my situation and not all kind of international banking requirements. They apologised formally too, in writing, and, here comes the best part: They have changed my name back to my married name!

a tiny bit better, I think. Less constantly down. This time around he is not hurrying to go back to work, not stressing about that, which I think is a very good thing. He is taking the time he needs to heal. Still needs a LOT of hugs and cuddles (no I don't mind) and is easily discouraged and tired out, but I do see a bit of improvement.
