no idea. I have been going to bed and tossing for hours... I fell asleep at about 11AM yesterday :( Want to scream

TraderKate, have you tried a weighted blanket? A friend had insomnia for ages, and his GP suggested he try thevweghted coverler. While he waited for delivery, he piled on all the coats and covers in the house, which helped some, but he said the real star was the weighted blanket; someti6, he was just too tired to relax sufficiently for sleep to take hold, but no more... try it, luv.
l started to have trouble sleeping when 9/11 happened. Before that, i would justput a heavy bookon mymiddle. Nowl usemultiple blankets, very heavy and take 100mg of Xanax. 8 solid hoursof sleepand noill effects.

They should be for that price. I need something comfortable that I can wear to work. Plus, I need flats because wearing any type of heel now causes my calves to cramp up (fybromyalgia related).

Retired from my full-time job and am now working part time for another university very close to home. Heaven!

she used to teach there full time, but retired to Maine some years back...
I am in administration. Was in management, now am an analyst. Love not being in management any more. My blood pressure has dropped 30 pts. :-)

i worked for school districts on a continuing contract, so had benefits and a retirement pension....i could have gone into private practice, but I did not want the hassle....
I have a few friends who are therapists in private practice. What they dislike is the business end of things - the billing, dealing with insurance companies, etc.
exactly what i avoided....
it was nice to have a profession that I could rely on for pt work when i retired....and i did not have to work on a schedule at all....i worked when I wanted....built my schedule around my tennis... ;o)
