lovely. was the weather nice? what did you do while Rob was away at work?
first two days it was cold, after that the weather was lovely. I kept myself amused with keeping our camping place tidy, walking terra, reading, pebble painting, meditating, even some thinking, lol.

don is shopping for me. i need swim fins, pool dumbells(not the same as cabana boys), noodles and a kickboard. my hydro physio has now given me 13 exercises to do, then she thought thay they would only take me 45 minutes to do. and as each are either 3-5 mins of reps, or 3 x 20-30 reps, i am thinking she is just a tad optimistic about the overall time.
