Yes we had not been a couple for about 6-7 years, then I received a call out of the blue from his brother, asking me to please go visit him in the VA hospice center. Very sad. I'm glad we had a few visits together before he died.
It was good of his brother to contact you and give you the chance to visit him.

To address that issue bumps the price up significantly.
My one neighbor had that problem, no one else. Builder's fault, pain in their butts.
