hu7= plural bunny house
thx movieman
ty -- 3 for 3
Your ra8 is a Pl of the 7, right, pinik?
yes, sam
Cool, thanks

yvw
Ra7x2, then :)

well, so much for my one ra7, movie...tryin' to show me up? huh? LOL

Oh yes....LOL
Ai7 = more than one H

hello folks! late again, but i just did top row in 2 mins, yay for a good start!
I'm missing one of those ra7s still
HI HURSHY!
I'm missing 2, sam
h'lo samantha
hiya hurshy
hi pini
does your name relate to bunnicula, or like original dracula, or neither?
Clues are up
It does, hurshy...it's a pink vampire bunny! :)
ty, lickety
thx lickety
gotcha
There's actually a story behind how it came about.
do tell
The short and sweet version is...a long, long time ago, a friend with the handle "Bunnicula" passed away. The rest of our group decided to incorporate his handle into our own in memorium. My former handle was Pink Lady. So, Pink Lady + Bunnicula = Pinikula. :)
were these people all babblers, or was this elsewhere in cyberspace
...I've had this handle for over 20 years now. :)
good golly have we really had the internet for 20 years? lol
Elsewhere in cyberspace, Hurshy...when "chat lines" were popular.
Oh, we've had it longer than that, hurshy...
i kind of miss pre-internet life
more like 30 years or more
...I started "chatting" online when BBS just came out; spent some time in IRC and mIRC, too.
There are time I do, too, nan. But now that the kids are grown, it's nice to be able to chat without "entertaining" all the time. Besides, the dog doesn't speak in a language I understand - so conversations with him are moot. :)
not seeing anything for that top i
(me either, nan)
Keep scratching at it, y'all. It'll come.
i guess but... i read a lot more when there was no internet. i know there's nothing forcing me to be online, i could choose to read... but somehow i don't.
it4= what you scratch
thx sam!!!!
ty -- that combo keeps eluding me
I totaly get it, hurshy. I could jump off and read...but sometimes short bursts of internet "connection" (reading about others are doing or engaging in chats) are hard to resist.
yeah. but i remember loving being wrapped up in a book all day, losing all track of time...
I remember those days. I do that now sometimes with an audio book (I can do do things like handcrafts [like crocheting] or take longer walks).
good night everyone -- will be later tomorrow before I get back. See you tomorrow night.

hi -- anyone here?
hi cybernan …. I am but was just going to log off. How are you and do you need any help?
no thanks, mo -- have a ways to go yet and just about to list. hagd
guess it's evening where you are!
ok. yes it is 8-35 here.
yes - 8 hours difference between us
sorry!! 8-27.
just looked at your profile -- we have spent some time in Yorkshire -- rented a self-catering for a week and had a lot of fun travelling around the countryside.
Glad you enjoyed it … where were you staying?
we had an apartment above a laundromat just outside the wall in York.
It was our first experience getting an "upgrade" from the car rental --- never again. They gave us a huge Volvo -- lovely car, but way to big for manouvering around all the narrow streets getting to our apartment and for the narrow little lanes in Yorkshire.
oh yes. The area round York is lovely. I was born further south not far from industrial Sheffield.
I understand your problem :-)
It was our favourite type of holiday in Europe -- rent a place for a week and head out each morning in whichever direction the sun is shining. We're not much for huge cities.
We've done the same thing in the South of England, Scotland, France and Italy.
I am with you too I hate cities, we were glad to get away and into the countryside.
We live in a town of about 100,000 - it can stop growing any time now!
You are well travelled … we have only been to France and Italy.
we just really enjoyed europe -- doubt that we'll get back again, though -- getting too old for that kind of travel now.
we also took some river cruises, but I think even that would be too much -- it is the 9 hour flight (plus airport time) that is the killer.
Canada seems a beautiful country and so big!
Yes - it is beautiful, but lots of variety when it comes to landscape. I prefer the Rockies, but then I am somewhat prejudices :)
I do not think I could cope with that journey either.
*prejudiced
well its been lovely chatting to you but I really must be going now ….. hope to see you soon and good luck with this grid.
thanks -- almost done now - bye
bye.
st6, please?

Welcome.
