Rescheduled first available - Jan 4! I have to find another local doc - love this doc, but he took over another practice and is very busy. I'm still a bit rough, but got a rental today, so I have transportation - the preliminary estimate was well over $10,000

Michael talked to his Dad's friend who got burned out in the last one. He's ok, has an apartment 2 hours away from his property - and decided not to go see it because residents are only being allowed 10 minutes at their property. Can you believe that?!!! 10 minutes to see your life in ashes?! Made me furious

I know. I feel so badly for him - his wife passed about 6 weeks before the fire, and her car burned up. He's lost all he had left except memories. Waahh :'(

Oh, nice. Ours are public, multi-stall bathrooms. They are locked to prevent people who don't work in the building from using the rest rooms. An odd trend that has taken hold around here.
that I do hate! Something I LOVE about Ireland, and Europe in general, is there understanding that humans need access to bathrooms. Every store there has a toilet. It's so not a big deal.

I think locking the doors is odd. There are a lot of vistors in our building (several doctors offices) and I find it a pain for people to have to ask for a key to the rest room.

most said 1) we don't do individual plans or 2) we don't do individual plans in your state.
I know people don't like it, but my daughter went with the former Obama care and was able to get full coverage for a doable premium.
That's what I did, but everyone we use is now out of network.
She had to make a change in her docotors, but the alternative was a higher premium or no insurance
alternative is no insurance only.
Is there still a penalty to have no insurance?
