hi scrabs - it's coming along. overdid it on wednesday with a big shopping trip, i have to be mindful of my limitations
Our mind wants to return to pre-injury/surgery faster than our body gets there.
so i took it (sort of) easy yesterday - found luthier just about an hour away and brought one of my instruments to him for a repair. was like visiting with pete seeger :)

I have had 5 abdominal operations, a concussion, and a broken ankle. Recovery is tough. Being a patient sucks.

i give her kudos for discipline. i procrastinate - have to re-string another and i keep putting it off
Now that she is retired, I'm trying to talk her into "practicing" in assisted living places or the hospital lobby.

She does a lot of playing and singing in a group, but she isn't comfortable doing it solo.
